Nice headset and great price.
If you're here looking at these bluetooth headsets, then you probably already know they, and others like it, are basically copies of a very popular (and expensive) set by LG. However, at least these have the decency to make them look distinctly different, so the customer wouldn't confuse these with the *real* ones. I like that, as there are so many counterfeits out there. As for the actual headset, they function as well as any of the other similar-styled ones I've had. The battery life is great (at least 8+ hours, as they last all day at work) the sound is good (most of these in-ear types usually sound decent) and it pairs fine. I haven't yet been able to get the battery level function to work, but thats a minor niggle. All of the other functions work well, and I use it frequently. My only real complaint is that one of the magnets is very weak, or small, as the "grip" on one side is almost non-existent and its constantly falling out and dangling around. I have to fiddle with it to get it just right in order for it to stay there.

Go With Another Company
I really did not like these headphones at all, and cannot believe all the positive reviews. I had recently purchased my boyfriend a great pair from a different company, but they sold out, and these seemed like the exact same product. They were not at all. These cut out extremely badly when my phone was anywhere below waist level (like my back pocket), they vibrate ANNOYINGLY, EMBARRASSINGLY LOUD when turning on/off, connecting, and when the battery is dying, and when the battery gets low (which it does after about 3 hours of use) it repeats over and over again "Battery Low. Please Recharge Battery" until you can't take it anymore!! Not to mention, the "voice" of the headphones is ear-splittingly loud and obnoxious. I left them on my desk at work one night, and when I saw they were still there the next morning I was like "Crap".

Poor volume control
My first headset failed within days and was promptly replaced. Up sides ... comfortable, handy controls, easy to pair. Down sides ... the perfect volume is impossible ... one click down is too low and one click up is too loud. Adjusting your device makes no difference. If the volume control could be reset or adjusted I would really like it, but this is a deal breaker. Even after a 24 hour charge the device reports the battery has only a medium charge.

I like the headset but would like to see a more ...
I use my headset mostly when I am in the gym. I like the headset but would like to see a more rigid neck fitting; the loose fit slips off if I lie back such as on a weight bench. Nonetheless, it works well.Used headset on a bike ride yesterday and it worked great. I was using MapMyRide app and getting audibles during my ride while also listening to music. During my ride I received a call. All tasks were simple and being able to store my phone away in my gear bag and not having a cord running from phone to headset was great. For this purpose alone the purchase was a good one. Also, I would add the range seems to be very good. Yesterday in a coffee shop I walked from one end to the other without losing connectivity .. something I could not have done with my name brand earpiece without it disconnecting.

Can't beat the price.
For the price, you can't beat em'! I've ordered two pair of these, one of them for a gift and use them quite frequently. I only gave them four stars for two reasons. They are somewhat prone to interference. I wear these under a pair of hearing protectors when cutting the grass but if I put my phone in my pocket, I loose connection sometimes. I've had to resort to putting my phone in my chest pocket so it's closer to the headphones. The other thing, the earbuds just don't want to stay in their little holders. Always popping out and dangling around my neck. But like I said, for the price, can't beat em'.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Mine did not come in the box as pictured, It came in a bag. It didn't come with the additional earbud pieces, as far as the product goes its ok. PROS The real version is better I got the product because I wanted to test it out and it wasn't as flimsy as some others I saw on amazon, it tells you when battery is dying, It speaks out your incoming calls. CONS: The connection is bad, when speaking on it. You cant go far away from your phone at all. It disconnects if your phone is to deep in your bag, the magnetic pieces to hold the ear buds in are weak.Honestly you are better off sucking it up and getting the real LG version. Im thinking about giving these away myself. But you get what you pay for

Disappointed
I regret not going with my gut feeling not to order these. First of all the charging USB connection came broken and although it charges using the same type of cable as my phone, I paid to have a working one. Second I read the little manual and was impressed by all it said these could do but when it came down to it the volume buttons don't work for music (even though it says they do). Third I tried out a few calls and the mic goes in and out and THAT is under calm settings I can only imagine with the hustle and bustle of traffic or exercise. Next, the range with these things sucks. I was playing cards and had my phone literally directly in front of me not even 1 ft away from me and I was trying to listen to music while playing and it kept breaking up like if I was about to lose connection. All in all these are NOT worth the money even if they were to be priced at $0.50. If I could give no stars I would.

Shipped unit has a faulty charging circuit.
The styling is nice, and the construction seems to be okay. The functionality of the controls were a pleasant surprise. However, I discovered that once the factory battery charge ran down, the headset unit would not charge via the included charging cable. The charging indicator would light up, but it just never actually charged. I tried another USB/micro-USB cable I have (which charges my phone) and it too would not charge this unit, even though again, the charging indicator light would illuminate.

Half the rated runtime
Bought to replace the grde version I had which worked flawlessly until they finally lost signal on the left ear. Unfortunately this version has a run time of only four hours though the specs claim it still has eight.
