I bought these because I had a stroke and lost a lot of strength in my hand. These are definitely worth the money, and they seem to be helping get my strength back. I recommend this product

For maintenance
As a caregiver for the sick and aging I found this kit to be a good idea but not for the group I work with. This kits requires a good grip strength already. Haven’t been able to adjust the strength low enough for an age group that really needs to be able to build strength from absolute loss.

Not the best but works great for what I use them for
There is enough to go around. I have a couple in my car for when I'm driving; I have one at my desk for when I'm working, and I have one on the couch for when I'm watching TV, so no matter where I am, I can pick one up and work on my grip.
