Q: My bike tire size listed online is 700 x 32 what size of this tire would I need?

700 refers to the wheel size and 32 refers to the tire width. Any tire size starting with 700 x # will fit on your wheel. So get the 700x23.

Q: im new to the trainer thing and I wondered does this tire just fit over the current tire on my bicycle?

You need to replace your regular tire with a tire specifically designed for indoor trainer use. Also, I do not recommend this brand because it does not last. I'd go with Continental indoor trainer tire. It may cost a bit more but well worth it. Also, ideally I'd recommend buying a spare rear wheel and cassette with the same gearing you already have. that way, in spring and fall when you might be riding inside one day and outside the next, all you have to do is swap out the rear wheel and do a bit of rear derailleur adjustment. The ultimate setup is to buy a cheap bike that is sized/set up identically to your normal outdoor bike, make sure the gearing is correct, use the indoor trainer tire on that and make it your permanent indoor trainer bike, that way no messing around with going back and forth. I did that a couple years ago and some of the smartest money I ever spent on cycling.

Q: Is this tire durable?

Yes, it is very good. This was a replacement for one that I bought about 10 years ago and had light use (5-10 times a month in winter). You should plan on releasing the tension screw after each ride or it might get a flat spot, and clean it and the roller with a rag after every few workouts.
