Is not working the way it should

As it won’t be set up until my daughter receives it as a gift it is hard to make judgment but it appears in great condition. Therefore great value for money from first impression. Screen looks great and I’m hoping battery life is just as good.

While this refurbished 2015 model works like a dream and looks brand new, the software needed updating as soon as it was switched on and for some reason, it won't update from Sierra to Big Sur. The seller offered some suggestions which didn't work, then offered to take it back (sending a freepost label) and update it for me but I can't afford to be without a PC right now for work. There is a permanent red bubble message prompting to update but it simply won't update which may be a problem in the functioning of this early 2015 MacBook later down the line.

I ordered this MacBook Air for my daughters birthday. It arrived very quickly but with 1 button that did not work - I have to say that I contacted the seller and they were AMAZING!They paid the return cost and sent a replacement very quickly. Bought this 2015 Macbook Air for my wife doing a vocational short course online at Uni. We couldn't get connected to the Uni portal with a Win10 or chromebook: No problems with the Mac! Previously had a 2011 Macbook Air which I replaced in 2020 with a Black Friday HP laptop: what a mistake.This Macbook Air started up fine, downloaded & installed latest Big Sur OS, all working fine. Start-up is about 60 secs as it loads Big Sur & then everything fine. Very light use marks on the lid although I've added a plastic case & rubber keyboard cover. I find myself using it when my wife isn't, when I should be persevering with the HP. All good: I'll purchase a renewed Macbook Pro when my HP gives out in a few years time.

This refurbished Apple Mac book performs extremely well and looks great, the screen and keyboard look new and the exterior has been recovered to a very high standard. It Looks and feels like a new lap top. Delighted with it, thank you.

Bought for our granddaughter to use for her apprenticeship, we didn’t want to spend a fortune and this has proved that you don’t need to. Arrived when we were told it would, excellent packaging and it looks brand new, it definitely pays to try Amazon before the High Street you always get so much more for your money and delivery is so quick.
