I can't say enough about this light. While I admit to having the problem another reviewer mentioned with the driver arriving loose in the unit, this has been an easy fix on both of my units.I have adapted this light for video use and couldn't be happier with the results. I attached a light stand mount, wired a standard US plug and cable, and added barn doors. The color temperature on mine is in the neighborhood of 5300K and I'd say the CRI rating of 90+ is accurate.The thing is built like a tank and can be opened with ease. The output is roughly equivalent to 1000 watts of tungsten light output.There is no cooling fan to mess with your audio, but the heat sinking is great and the light gets only warm to the touch.For filmmakers like me, you won't find a better light in this price range. The only drawback it's that it's not dimmable. I'm going to try to replace the driver with a dimmable version and see how that works.

If you’ve read other reviews claiming it is hard to mount light to 1/2 inch electric box it is if you’re not very electrical savvy. Simple fix is go to big box store electric isle (not plumbing isle) and find or ask for a 1/2 inch 2 inch female to female fitting. Then ask for 1/2 inch male to male fitting. Make sure you get (3) 1/2 inch lock nuts. Place lock nut on light and then screw on female fitting place lock nut on both ends of male fitting. Screw on male fitting to female fitting at least 1/3 way in then screw on electric box face plate to the male fitting. Tighten lock washer snug to make or sturdy. Wire up and you’re done. Unit is very bright and lights up both the front and sides of area you’re lighting up. This unit replaced my old unit a high pressure sodium 150 watt light. Thought it was bright little did I know a led lamp was twice as bright and uses way less electric to run. Even better cost if this fixture was a third of what my old fixture cost. You won’t be sorry to buy this light!

These lights are very bright, and the build quality is more on the commercial end, very sturdy. The light on the left in my pictures, is new. The one on the right was purchased and used for about a year. The only color difference between the two, is very minor yellowing in the lens over the LED panel. I'm impressed with them so far, enough to buy a second one. They're pretty comparable to LED street lights of the same Wattage, on road ways. (The number on the bottom of the street light head, is its wattage. If anyone is unsure/ wanted a brightness comparison before purchasing). There is a minor delay when these lights come on. But it's considerably less than other lightbulb types on the market, that are comparably bright. And they use roughly 1/4 of the power of some.

I've had them installed for about a month now. They provide great light for my round pen area. I am very pleased thus far. Would recommend if you are looking for good lights and also for the 3 brightness options. This is a nice feature and works well.

This flood light throws an incredible amount of light onto our driveway. Wish I installed it sooner! Only drawback were the 1/2" threads for the mount. You have to run a die over them so the nut will thread on all the way. Other than that, a very well constructed light, easy install too!

Purchased this Jan 2021 and it stopped working just after 3 years so past the warranty period

Although this light was purchased by mistake, the first one, I purchase seems to be of very high quality. I have not yet installed it, but that is coming right up. I will amend this review at that time.
