Been working without issue for over a year.

Basement lift station warning for failure. We hope we never have to hear it as it fails. But just in case.

Worked perfect for my liberty pump pro 380 sewage simplex system. This model of alarm is for indoor use only. I would recommend getting the alarm float pre-installed if you are buying a liberty simplex system. Its easy to do but pretty nasty if the unit has been used. The 9 volt battery backup is a nice touch.

Does not have battery backup which is required by most inspectors on sewer systems

Purchased this for my sump pump. It appears well constructed, is easy to install. and the alarm float has plenty of cord to fit a variety of sump applications. It would have been nice to have extra contactors for a secondary alarm signal as the one on it is loud, but if your sump is flooding I would like to have something to wake me from a sound sleep. Nonetheless, the alarm volume is not anything to disuade me from recommending the alarm, but it is the reason I gave it four instead of five stars.

This is the brand that my Plumber recommended, and it works perfectly.

Installed over 1 year ago Has saved me a lot of grief already by alerting of high water level when I turned a breaker of during renovating and forgot to turn back on sewage pit that was actively being used at the same time. I routinely test the alarm and float but no issues thus far. Great investment.

The product was exactly as advertised and this was confirmed by the manufacturer.

Loud alarm and bright light. I installed this on a new liberty pumps ejector pit that had no alarm. But was pre fitted for the float, which is included

Note: This review was for what appears to be an older version of this product. The listing is the same, however the product image is now showing something that looks completely different than the ones we have. The new version looks sleeker. Installation was easy, everything needed was included except for anchors if needing to mount on concrete/block (which I did). All of the components appear to be high quality and all of the cabling is of a generous length that should be enough for most installations. My main complaint with it is, for an alarm unit that is so large the alarm should be much louder than it is. Given typically people will have these hidden with their sump pits in a basement and probably behind closed doors I don't think it is loud enough to wake anybody up sleeping on the second floor if a problem were to arise in the middle of the night. This kind of defeats the purpose but, I may be wrong, and hope I don't ever find out.

The alarm box itself is nice. The alarm is loud and the operation and installation are easy. I gave 3 stars because I did email the Liberty Pumps company before buying to ask about the float ampere capacity. They told me 10A and I found out it was 5A on a label stucked on the float pump wire. It's clearly not enough for a 120V motor. It would be better to have these ratings engraved on the float instead of a paper that will disappear over the time. I had to buy a separate float with 10A rating.
