Excellent service and lovely product. Purchased on the 31st Match. Due date of arrival was the 12th April and sofa arrived on the 5th - a bank holiday! The two man team was amazing. They were courteous, efficient, fast, tidy and respectful. The sofa was assembled and positioned in the place I wanted. I live in the depths of West Wales - they told me they had come from Leicester! I received an email giving me plenty of notice of day of delivery and, as promised, I received a phonecall an hour or so before their arrival. I am so impressed with the product, price and the service.The material, as mentioned from some other reviewers is not as 'velvety' as expected/hoped. It is soft, with a hard wearing feeling to it. There is a slight brushed effect to it though. The item is solid and heavy. It would need two people to move it - but the only time I intend to take it out of situ is when I get around to painting my tired walls. There's enough room underneath it to get a floor brush/vacuum. It is true to size - so get your measuring tape out and you'll be okay with the dimensions given. My lounge isn't large - think cardboard walls, semi detached, newish build, and you'll get an idea. This sofa fits my room perfectly. I spent last night curled up on it under a weighted blanket watching TV - Bliss. The cushions are firm, soft and comfortable. Can you tell I love it?Finally, what you get for what you pay far exceeded my expectations. I feel as if I have gotten the bargain of the year! Great product. Fantastic service. Brilliant price!

Update....over 2 years later. Still the same ..firm, fabric has barely worn and although slightly grubby (my fault) it looks the same as the day we got it.Firstly... Delivered exactly when they said it would. Delivery drivers were efficient and pleasant... Dropped it in the room, unwrapped it and I just had to dispose of the rubbish ( which I knew in advance). Can't fault the delivery at all.Sofa is exactly like the other reviews say it, this is not just value for money its quality stuff... Fabric seems hard wearing... Seat cushions are firm ( just as expected) this is not a sink in type of sofa... It's more a sit up or curl up with legs up type of Sofa.. Sofa seems very well built. Looks like this will wear very well. Can't fault the purchase in any way... Thinking of ordering the 2 Seater and chair for other room. (scatter cushions are mine not included)

So I was quite dubious about buying furniture from Amazon… you need to try furniture usually.But we were desperate to get an armchair as we moved. So we got this. Bought it 2021.I think it’s lasted pretty well, its cushion has remained firm, and the quality is decent.I think we paid £299 which seemed fair.

This is a fantastic bit of furniture especially for the price - easily on a par with the likes of DFS etc, whom they make look positively overpriced in comparison. Very sturdy, well made and looks the part. Quite firm cushions but this will probably make it last the rest of time. Delivery was excellent too - the guys called the day before delivery to let me know the time, then they arrived on time, unwrapped and assembled it for us. All we had to do was dispose of the card and plastic.Excellent value and top quality service. Very pleased.

Seems a really well made classy looking, quality little sofa, certainly for £350. Reasonably firm but that's what I was after, like a bit of support when I'm lounging but just be aware if you prefer something to sink into. Fyi I'm bang on 6'1 and the seat depth is perfect for me.Was kept informed of delivery eta at all stages and the delivery guys were great, lugged it up a flight of stairs for me, fitted the feet, all professional and friendly and off they went.Overall very happy with the product and service, definitely recommend.

I ordered the sofa expecting it to be comfortable and assuming I would be able to return it easily to them.The sofa seats are hard and uncomfortable. The material is also very different to the 'velvet' appearance in the pictures. Their only showroom to even test these sofas is in middle of no where in Peterborough.Upon delivery, the delivery men refused to take away any of the rubbish packaging saying 'we don't do that'.Upon trying to return the Sofa, they refuse to offer any service at all and Ive been quoted £200 to return via a courier. That's half the cost of the sofa which is a big WARNING to anyone hoping to buy a low cost comfortable sofa to not test this company. You will be stuck with a sofa you hate that you cant return.

Erstmal etwas positives: die Sofa ist optisch sehr schön. Leider nach nicht Mal zwei Monaten abgesessen, deshalb ging sie zurück, schade!
