I ordered this at 10.20pm last night and the doorbell rings at about 10am this morning with the package - I think that's the fastest delivery I've ever had from Amazon, and this wasn't even sold by Amazon! As for the product, I was encouraged by other reviews and was confident of a quality product - and that it certainly is. I bought the green one - it feels rugged and I can't find a join in the loop, which I thought would be a potential weak spot. Tied it onto my pull-up bar and tried it out and it's excellent. I would say the resistance stated is spot on (based on how pull-ups felt compared to a weighted assisted machine at the gym also set to 50kg). This is so much better than my previous set up with a step stool for assistance, as with that, there's no way of accurately gauging how must assistance I'm giving myself with my legs. With this, it's the same resistance on every rep - I could easily tell my legs have been giving me too much assistance up to now! What I like about using the band is it allows for full range of motion and gives the most assistance exactly where I need it (at the start) and then makes you work really hard at the top end once it's nearly fully contracted. The intensity of my workout instantly increased and I can tell this will help with my progression to unassisted - probably quicker than the gym machine for the reason above! Came with a card showing a bunch of other exercises you can do with it like squats and bicep curls. The resistance of the green band isn't right for me for those exercises, but I'll probably buy at least one lighter resistance band as the next step for pull-ups and to do some other exercises with. I was a bit bemused by how long it was! But as a resistance band it did the job! Definitely strong and required a big degree of strength to get moving Plenty of exercises to be done with it so it was great for that purpose Nice colour and there are varying resistance levels to make your workout harder as well.

Decent products at a decent price

I used this all the time especially when WFH. Getting my reps in on boring Zoom calls. It's great for rehab my shoulders and light sets for biceps and abductor, adductor exercises. Then it snapped but this was after 12 months usages, but iron fitness replaced it with no problems under the warranty. I will definitely trust this brand in the future and will order heavier sets for pull up assist.

I brought two no:3 black band. They look great and are perfectly even, "with other companies they have be odd in thickness and strength" The problem I have is the sticky label that had been put on them with company details on. It is completely unnecessary and impossible to get off without using something that may damage the bands. The first thing that happened was the sticky label split into multiple pieces, but still stay glued to the bands. I wish I had taken photos. Now I've managed to rub the label off, but the glue is there to stay. It's very important to not use anything that can perish the rubber, including glue.

Weder in der Elastizität noch in der Stabilität kann ich einen Unterschied feststellen. Nach zwei Jahren regelmäßigem Gebrauch zeigen die Bänder keinerlei Risse oder Verschleiß und haben ihre Spannkraft behalten. Außerdem sind sie extrem vielseitig und lassen sich problemlos in jedes Reisegepäck packen – perfekt für das Training unterwegs. Fazit: Wer hochwertige und langlebige Bänder sucht, die problemlos mit Premium-Marken wie Rogue mithalten, bekommt hier eine erstklassige und deutlich günstigere Alternative. Preis-Leistung: top!
