Couldn't load calendar and Play Store. Who wants a tablet that won't load apps. Vendor refunded promptly, although it cost me roughly ten bucks to send it back. I suspect Hisense got this thing, fired it up and thought "it's fine". I left detailed explanations that the operating system was incomplete so hopefully the next customer won't get this one until Android is re-installed. Other than that I had no problems with construction, display or performance in the day or two that I had possession of the Sero.

Nice small size so space is rarely an issue. It also is large enough to see what your doing. With all the features in the Tablet, I saved a Good amount of money for what I needed.

It's not compatible with most android apps

Bought this for my kid and the battery only last an hour at the most. Maybe cause its refurbished.
