It works. and it works very well. I attach it to my standing desk when I want to make music. Now my vocals tracks have noticeably less sibilance. I should have bought it years ago. It's sturdy, you just have to make sure to clamp it down good at it's base.

This is a great pop filter. I have had it for years now. I use it in my home studio and it works great. I get great results every time. The noise levels in my audio recordings are reduced, including pops. The size is good for simple mics. I am not sure about the build quality though because I use it in my personal studio where I take great care of everything. If it were used in a "busy" studio where all kinds of people use the equipment and don't always take good care of the equipment, I am not sure it would last long. So for the price, it's great value in that the functionality is as good as many professional options, but it's rather fragile.

I needed the highest quality pop filter at an entry kevel price. I did alot of research before buying this product, between the difference of metal, nylon and foam. Whether it was better to use a goose neck, close quarters attatchment or a window (directly covers the mic) and about distance from mic for effectiveness and how many layers you need of the product for proper dispersion of air without affecting your sound. I finally came to this product and am really satisfied with it and would highly recommemd it to anyone else. The goose neck can get a bit more loose than i would have liked but that may be my specific item, it isnt so loose that it doesnt cover the mic thiugh so its not a deal breaker.
