The heating happens very quickly. There are no screws and no 3 pin plug included. That we have to buy separately but not a big issue. Installation is very easy. Heating is awesome and very quick.

Not suitable for high rise building
Do not buy this product even though they mention suitable for high rise building. I had to buy PRV. And even that did not worked. Avoid this product if you live in high rise building.High Pressure Resistance: Your water heater has high pressure withstanding capacity, which makes it suitable for high-rise buildings and high pressure pump applications

Water Gyeser DN. 3l. 3kw.
I purchased two Racold Altroi DN 3L 3KW Vertical Instant Water Heater (Geyser) White for my bathrooms, and they were delivered on January 6, 2025. Despite living on the outskirts of the city, the installation was completed within 48 hours of delivery, as promised. The product includes free installation, connecting pipes, and a moulded plug, all of which were provided during the installation. Received good support from Racold as well as from Amazon for installation appointment.The installation was handled efficiently by a third-party service provider. The geysers are working perfectly so far, and I am quite satisfied with their performance. I plan to share a more detailed review after three months of usage.Note: I noticed many buyers have given low ratings, complaining about missing pipes and plugs. However, the company does provide these accessories when the installation is done through their authorized service.
