I have IBS and have tried a lot of different Probiotics. My gastro even recommended ALIGN which was horrible for me since I am Lactose & Tolerant it has milk in it. After searching several webs site and do to the fact I have Endometriosis as well doesn't help one of the ladies on the blob advised me of this Probiotics. Excellent has helped me with my bowel movements highly recommend.

I bought this after reading positive reviews from people with colitis. I have colitis, and a number of other autoimmune issues, that require strict diets and medication. But, have not had any luck in treating the colitis. Gave this a shot a couple of months ago, and have had the first improvement in years. It has helped with the bloating as well. Will continue to repurchase this product.

I suffer from ibs so I tried these probiotic and it really works for me. It helped regulate my system and I don't feel so much bloating and irritable in my bowls. Bardzo dobrze się czuje po tej dawce optibac. Co dziennie jedno kapsułkę i czuje sie świetnie.

Muy buena calidad! Tiene variedad de cepas (bifido y lactobacilo) con 20 billones por cápsula... No es algo que se suela encontrar en probióticos de fácil acceso (herbolarios, farmacias...), al menos en mi país. Lo tomé después de un largo periodo de antibióticos y sí noté mejoría a nivel digestivo y en la piel! Eso sí, no es milagroso: no esperéis mejoría de un día para otro. Yo, como mínimo, le daría 3-4 semanas para ver los efectos claramente. Repetiría sin duda pero me gusta probar otras marcas, otras cepas, etc... Así que, si algún día necesito un chute de buenas bacterias y un producto en el que confíe, contaré con esta versión de Optibac.

Eine der besten Probiotica, die ich kenne. Ich habe schon sehr viele durch. Aber dieses ist preislich und durch die Inhaltsstoffe klasse. Ich habe deutlich weniger Darmprobleme. Sie sind gut verträglich. In meinem Freundeskreis habe ich sie auch weiterempfohlen. Die Lieferung dauert etwas (5-7 Tage). Aber für mich stellt dies kein Problem dar.
