Wonderful vitamin. Tastes great, quickly dissolves, texture is smooth as it melts and it doesn’t hang around in your mouth. I let these melt in my mouth, I don’t chew them. Since I’ve been taking these and one other vitamin my hair shedding cut down by 3/4. I don’t feel like I am hairless as I watch the tub drain. There’s a normal, healthy, amount of hair loss now. Definitely be buying more of these!

These really do melt in your mouth, and they are delicious. Way better than those plastic bead pills. They are sugar free which is a plus. I think it helps keep my nails strong and they grow back faster if I break one.

Good flavor. Doc doesn’t check for biotin but recommend it. Nothing seems to help my nails but my hair has returned , slow process after gastric sleeve. I have never had strong nails!

Tastes wonderful! Just like strawberries. This melts quickly in your mouth and doesn’t leave a weird film or after taste. I started using to counteract hair loss from bariatric surgery. Will update after 90 days on hair loss.
