Nice sturdy unit that is great to reach areas to clean without a ladder.

I needed this to clean some exterior windows on my apartment, and I needed every extra inch of length to reach them. It's advertised as having a 42" handle, but at maximum extension the handle is 41". The whole product with the head included is 42". This 1-inch difference probably won't matter for most people, but it does for me. The other issue is that the rubber squeegee edge isn't quite completely straight, so you need to apply a some pressure to keep the edge fully flat against the window (otherwise you get streaks from missed strips). This is easy to do when the handle is not extended very far, but the longer the handle gets, the harder it is to keep the necessary amount of pressure against the window. At full extension (and in my case, with a single hand/arm), significant wrist strength is necessary to keep the full rubber edge flat against the window.If it cost more, I would give a lower rating, but for the price it's good.

Got it for use in the shower walls & floor. Ho Ho, the wife tells me it really works good. Ever wife should have one, but don't tell her I said so. No it's good product so far.

I have a Winnebago Travato… A camper van. Many service stations have short handled window washers that aren’t long enough to reach the top of my windows. This one fits the bill perfectly. I no longer have to lean over the hood of the van and get my clothes dirty trying to clean my windows.

I gave this product 2 stars because it got the job done. I have 11 foot floor to ceiling windows in my home, and it's a lot of trouble to get to the top to clean them. Even more so on the outside because the house sits higher on the ground. I thought with this extendable handle it would get the job done with less effort. The sponge is a basic netted sponge, and it did remove the built up dirt off the windows just fine, but the rubber squeegee was STIFF and seemed not to be straight and even. The rubber should have some to it. With each stroke to remove the suds there was left over residue on the window in the middle with each stroke. Also when you extend the handle all the way out, it becomes somewhat flimsy. In stead of being a straight stick, it has a bend to it. Before I buy anything, I usually tell myself "the cheap always comes out expensive" and I should have listened to myself because I'll be replacing this one with a better quality squeegee. It was only $10, but it's still a waste. I couldn't imagine the frustration of using this on a cars windshield. Going to be donated. And my windows need to be cleaned again. I gave up, I found it took much more effort to use this incompetent tool.

Metal shark teeth that hold in the bug sponge gouged into the paint when I used this for bug removal on the front of my truck. Other similar devices I have are plastic and won’t cause this damage. Use this one on the glass only and you will probably be fine.

Doesnt feel that sturdy, feels a little more turdy.
