Q: After i open/close the door, the machine inside making some noise like 10seconds. Then, sometimes it also makes sound like i put wrong password, although i don't do anything with the lock, i just open/close the door when it is unlocked. Anyone hv this problem?

The lock can tell if the door is closed and there is a setting that will make it lock automatically. If it tries to lock but the deadbolt (the actual metal bar) does not fit into the slot (ex. It hit the latch) then it will try three times and make noises like it can't lock and there's a problem. After 3 tries it will give up and stop trying to lock. Make sure when the door is closed that the lock can fit into the slot and is not hitting the latch. I had this problem at first until I realized I was hitting the latch.

Q: Where does this lock made? Can I use key for access?

The lock was made in South Korea. The lock comes with a key for use if the finger print and key pad won't work. To use the key remove the plastic cover on the bottom or the outside lock insert the key. Once you turn the key pull down on the lock handle door should open. I hope this was helpful.

You will need a drill, a 40mm wide, 100mm long drill bit, a chisel and a hammer, and ideally some door-stops so that you can keep the door steady when you cut into it.
