BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT
STARTED OUT GOOD BUT THE THERMOSTAT DOES NOT STAY CONSISTENT SO THE TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATES. IT DID NOT COME WITH AN EMERGENCY HEAT COIL AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT IT I WAS HUNG UP ON ONCE AND LEFT ON HOLD FOR SUCH A LONG TIME I HUNG UP.

Easy to install & does the job.
This unit works great. I finished out a 16’x40’ barn for my wife’s new doggy daycare business. I fabricated the supply & return plenums and ran two runs of ductwork with three vents. This unit may have been a little undersized for the dimensions of the barn. However, as well insulated as the building is, it kept it cozy & warm in the winter and has done well this summer. My only two complaints are that there should be basic plenums available for purchase and the thermostat could stand to either be of better quality, or replaceable with another model.

BUYER BEWARE! No additional refrigerant available.
BE AWARE! If you are purchasing a unit with 454B refrigerant and you need to extend the line set it is not currently available on the market. No one has any supply. (June 2025). Find something else. Have purchased a couple of the older units with 410A, but this one is now 454B. Had to use a longer line set, but now can't find any of the 454B Contact Senville support and they of course played dumb. Like, contact a distributor. No kidding. But they don't have any available. SO now stuck with a useless unit until I can locate more refrigerant.

Needs improvement
My biggest problems with this are: absurdly loud beeps with each button press, lack of fan control during heating, and lack of available duct connectors. A starting plenum would be really helpful. You can make your own, but 99 of 100 people are not going to. That's too bad because otherwise the 9k unit will heat and cool 2-3 bedroom/bathrooms just fine.

WOW!
Ok so I bought this little unit to do my new laundry room and my 1 room garage/workshop. Man I ended up being able to do both those rooms, an adjoining 1/2 bathroom and dump two vents into my family room. This thing is a champ. My power bill dropped by 20% by adding this thing since it allowed the big unit to not have run all the time trying to do rooms that were added later. Its super quiet so you can't even hear it running. Oh and Senville, what can I say best customer service I have dealt with. I accidentally threw out a part I needed for install and they shipped me one for free. Even though I admitted to throwing it out.

Works fine - most of the time.
Installed this "concealed duct" mini split a couple of years ago and it's been working fine "most" of the time. Every once in a while, whether on Heat Mode or Auto, it just want to keep heating regardless of it's set temperature. I would have to turn it off and then back on in order for it to work properly again.
