Great wrap at a reasonable price
This is really an awesoms one. I am using this as elbow wrap. I have tennis elbow which was hindering my weight training. But after using this, I can really lift heavy again. It provides comfort to the elbow and gives some extra support. However this can't be used for squat as it's too light for heavy weight barbell squats. But definitely youcan use this for lunges. Overall this is really a great buy at a reasonable price. This is my review after two days of use. Will update it after a month.

Useless for heavy training
Dont buy it if you are looking for genuine knee support while lifting heavy.. it is indeed useless because of the velcro and if you have thick thighs the length is just not sufficient.
