The shampoo was wrapped up with tape I assume to protect it, but given it was rattling round in a large box I’m not surprised it arrived cracked. That being said, I simply cleaned it all and covered the hole with micropore tape and store the bottle upside down. The conditioner itself is lovely, it was recommended for the curly girl method and it does leave my hair feeling lovely. The smell is also nice. I would buy again, even if it arrives damaged again.

I am biracial and have super curly hair. I have tried hundreds of different products to tame and define my curls without drying them out. This has by far been one of the BEST ones I have ever tried. I use some in the shower to detangle. Once out of the shower, I run a small dollop through my damp hair before styling and let my hair air dry. It helps tame frizz and define my curls, not leaving them soft-not hard and crispy like it does when you use mousse or gel. My hair gets the moisturizer it needs and smells fantastic also! Love, love, love this product!

So far it’s working great for toddlers curls. It is heavy so not recommended for daily use unless you have very dry hair, like exceptionally dry. It’s got a lovely smell and it works very well. Would buy again.

I've been having real issues with detangling my hair recently. This product was amazing. It was like magic for my hair. I have type 4A hair and usually have issues with finding products with enough slip. This was perfect and I will be purchasing again.

I love how soft my hair feels after using this conditioner. It does not weigh down my 3A curls. This is the best conditioner I've ever used for my hair type: fine, light, shoulder length curls.

I love this conditioner so much. It brought back my curls after bleaching, and coloring. It was so much better than ever before. The leave in conditioner brought out so much volume. (3b/3c low Porosity hair)
