Cuisinart622-30DF Chef's Classic 12-Inch Nonstick-Hard-Anodized, Deep Fry Pan w/Cover

This really is a great pan. It's large enough to hold a lot of foods and has high sides which is helpful to keep food from spilling over. The surface is nonstick and the weight isn't overly heavy. Hubby wants another pan like it ...he's a chef and what's one more pan.

Great frypan but did not realize until after we used it there was no tab/small handle on the other side of the fry pan which is very heavy when used closer to capacity. It is hard to lift when hot when only using the one handle especially when removing from oven. Otherwise it is a nice addition to our kitchen.

It is the best. It is very versatile, easy to clean, and heats up quickly. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great price, but pay attention to the instructions that say don't heat past "4". You don't need to, and it will bow the bottom. I fix it with a block of wood and a hammer just fine... but... do follow the instructions.

This pan is so versatile. It’s big enough for most cooking. I boil or fry with no problem. It’s my go to pan for most things. It fry’s evenly. The glass cover is a must for simmering foods. I’m very happy with this pan. I recommend this product.
