Scratches very easily
I bought this because it had the exact dimensions of what I needed for a bar top for a small bar that had open slats for a bar top. I had to sand down the edges and corners as they were very sharp but did not have to cut it, which was a plus. As a bar top this does seems to scratch easier then I thought it would. I get scratches on it just about evey time I use it and It's not like I am abusing it. They just seem to appear. I suppose it is not the best use of this, but it does work ok and for the price it was a decent solution.

Quality Lexan.
Used it to make a replacement window to install a portable A/C unit. I have casement windows so the exhaust mount that came with the unit was useless. Pretty easy to cut with a hole saw.

Exactly what I needed!
The 1/4" polycarbonate was perfect for my needs and is easy to work with. I made front and rear shields for the canopy that I've fashioned for my tractor in preparation for adding a rear snow thrower. The polycarbonate cuts nicely with a fine-tooth saw blade (e.g., carbide 60 tooth 7 1/2" finishing blade) and drills cleanly with Unibits. (Make sure it's clamped to a flat surface before cutting and use a saw guide before cutting it.) I trimmed the exposed side panel edges with an inexpensive plastic lattice cap available at any home center. The trim is not necessary but it looks better. I haven't assessed 'durability' but I have no doubt it will last as long as the tractor!

good deal on 1/4" Lexan
I used 2 of these sheets to make 4 window well covers. I wanted to use something a lot stronger than the well cover that you can buy at HD. These Lexan sheets were perfect. They arrived loose in a box just a bit bigger than the sheets themselves, but there were no scratches and no damaged corners and they were $30 each cheaper than Lowes. I would definitely order again.
