Nice, crisp and clear light beam with branding logo
While I am using these LED products, they easily draw the customer's attention and give enough attractive to them by sprinkling the crisp and clear light beam which includes one of our restaurants brand logo. This light on the floor has high contrast and it is also highly recognizable.

Only projected my disappointment
I'll be honest: I don't think I've struggled more with rating a product. If I was able to give fractional stars, maybe that would help, but since I'm not, I have to look at my entire experience with this product holistically. My issue isn't fully with the projector - which I actually found to be well made - but, rather, with the instructions, assembly, and service that directly impacted the proper use of the equipment. To be clear, I feel the projector is a quality product. It is well built with a metal housing that give it some heft and durability. To me, it very much feels like a professional gobo projector. The dual option motor will let you project a stationary image or rotating image by using a simple rocker switch. The glass projection lens offers clear, bright optics while focusing the image is done manually by turning the focusing ring on the barrel. The light is bright, has good throw, and is visible even in moderate ambient light. There are no automatic controls: no autofocus; no keystone correction; no remote for powering on/off or switching the lens rotation. But even without these features, it is a product I would have likely rated 5 stars. So why the lower rating? My issue with this projector started with the manual. Reading through the exceptionally small type on a tiny folded insert, it was quickly apparent that the manual was written by a non-native English speaker. Fine - that's not terribly uncommon, however the language and syntax were so off that it made the instructions extremely confusing. Compounding this issue, the photos in the instructions did not accurately represent the model of projector I received, they provide incorrect instruction for removing the housing and replacing the gobo lens, and refer to a key part for properly installing the lens by two different names.Specifically, the projector arrives without a lens. The custom lens is produced separately and, in my case, arrived quickly. To install the lens into the projector, you first must remove the front half of the projector housing. The instructions give a clue on how to do this, but on my model, the piece to be removed was different from the piece illustrated and unscrewed in the opposite direction. With the housing open, the next step was to install the gobo lens. The instructions refer to a "clamping ring spring" and a "steel wire snap ring". These are actually the same part. When the lens was delivered, however, it included a steel ring. And since the dual-named part is not pictured in the manual, it is easy to believe that the steel ring included with the gobo is the ring being described. It is not. Instead, the instructions are referring to a wire ring that seats inside an internal groove of the projector housing. The only visible part of this wire ring are two small pin-sized prongs that sit flush to the internal wall. In trying to decipher how to properly install the lens, I considered that these pins might need to be removed, but in attempting to do so by hand, they did not move and I was cautious about forcing them. Instead, it seemed more probable that the lens might snap in with the aid of the included steel ring and that, perhaps, these pins might provide enough tension to hold it all in place.THIS IS NOT THE METHOD.When I discovered that the lens would not easily snap in, I tried backing it out to see maybe I needed to adjust the angle of insertion. Unfortunately, in doing this, the pins put a sizeable chip in the gobo lens with very minimal effort. Frustrated and disappointed that a beautifully made lens was now irreparably damaged, I was quickly became less concerned about potentially damaging the housing and focused back on these two pins - this time with a needle nose plyers.Unable to move the pins with my fingers, I tested with the pliers and found I could get them to move. I then proceeded to try to clamp and squeeze them together - which is no easy task because, again, they are flush to the internal walls of the housing - but with some effort, I was able to squeeze them enough to reveal they are attached to a thin wire ring that was hidden within. And with this wire ring removed, an identical steel ring - like the one that was shipped with the lens - was revealed. Seeing all these parts individually (none of which are illustrated in the manual), it was now clear that the lens needed to be sandwiched between the two steel rings, which are then held in place when the wire ring is set back into its groove. So for anyone who has read this far:1. Remove the internal wire ring by squeezing the two exposed pins together with the aid of a needle nose pliers.2. Install the components in this order: black steel washer, gobo lens, black steel washer.3. Using the pliers, carefully squeeze the wire ring pins and fit it back into the internal groove. (note: this is also not an easy task as the ring in under tension and the awkward angle in which it is inserted makes it prone to spring out of place.)It should also be noted that the instructions are not clear with which direction to place to gobo lens. Following the instructions as written had me find that the projected image was backward necessitating a repeat of the installation process. So for the lack of clarity which resulted in damage to the lens, I feel it is fair to deduct 1 1/2 stars from this product. The confusion created is so avoidable and egregious that I feel it detracts from the overall quality of the product.I am also deducting another half star for the lack of service received in resolving this issue. Prior to this problem, the seller was very friendly and responsive. The production process was easy and the lens arrived quickly. The quality of the lens was exceptional prior to the damage. In communicating the installation problem to the seller, they did try to provide some support in the form of sending me a jpg image of the same manual included in the box, however when I explained the issue in detail, there did not seem to be a desire to remedy the problem. Two more inquiries have gone unanswered, so I have to believe at this point that the seller will not be providing a replacement lens. Very disappointing. As a footnote to this experience, I think it might be reasonable for anyone reading this review to chalk-up my experience to simple user error. And maybe it was. I will offer, however, that I am by profession, an accomplished usability designer who specifically focuses on helping users understand tasks and interactions with hardware and software. Through this experience, I provided the seller with some specific examples on how they could make this process more intuitive for users. I hope they will heed this advice.

This Item needs a size description for the gobo disc itself its nowhere in the description or in the instruction manual so when i needed to get a gobo disc for it other than from the factory disc which doesn't give the size I couldn't and neither could the 5 gobo manufacturers i called, find any information on actual gobo disc size anywhere not even from the factory hopefully the seller will update the description to include gobo disc size. other than that, it looked like a great product.
