Business and Professional Communication in the Global Workplace

I had to buy this book for a college course, and it served its purpose. We didn't use the book often, but it did contain great information and helped me with several in class projects. Anyone buying this book is likely doing so because they have to, but I will say that there is no better place to buy it than on Amazon.

I would say its okay because communication seems to be something you need to learn and can't always read out of a book. This book was required for one of my classes, so some amount of excitement over reading was taken away when you are forced to read this slightly dry book.

This book was delightful it was informative it taught me a great deal about effective communications in a personal and business setting with dealing with others, in the busy world today most people do have a lot to say but sometimes knowing how to communicate it will help!

This book came exactly as it was described, and arrived before it's due date. The book was necessary for my class, but it is definitely one I will keep for the future- it has many great tips and examples that are useful.

Didn’t even need for class

How does one rate a text book with is required but never used in class nor needed for pass the tests....

Required class reading. I tried so, so hard to take this textbook seriously. But it is such a bunch of crock. This textbook is boring, outdated, and irrelevant. Once again, another ridiculously expensive textbook that is so incredibly pointless.
