NATURELO Multivitamin for Men 50+ - One Daily, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I have bought these for years and really like them. I can take it with an empty stomach and even drink coffee and no stomach issues. It also Had the ingredients the Dr likes and more.

This is a product that suited my requirements but I am not taking this to resolve any particular condition, and hence cannot comment on effectiveness. I take it once in 2 days just to avoid potential over dosage. The pill easy to swallow and it doesn't have any odor etc. I especially like it being a vegetarian pill.

switched from the usual brand my husband uses when out of stock and will probably stay with this one because it agrees with him and only need to take one a day unlike some others, and no bad additional ingredients.

On recommdation from my doctor i switched to the gel-caps versus the common hard pressed, compacted vitamin which doesn't normally digest more than 10%. These are 100% dissolved and I can actually tell the difference. Easy to take. No fillers. All vitamins.

Don't pay too much attention to the 3 stars, I chose to do a 3 star rating with the hope that this review sticks out because I just noticed that the formula I received has several updates that improve the current version compared to what seems to have existed years ago. The old formula (deservedly) attracted several 1 star reviews for having maltodextrin but that ingredient is no longer present on the bottle I received. Honestly apart from the brand called "seed" no other multivitamin I've encountered can come close to the formulation of this product. The 1 star reviews on the product seem to be predominantly founded in misunderstanding biochemistry entirely as well as the old formula's inclusion of maltodextrin. In a perfect world they would eliminate Vit A & E from the formula entirely and include boron instead but alas the world is not perfect. I am using this version since I wanted slightly higher Vit D supplementation than the regular formula provided but it has been exactly 1 month using the 50 plus version and It could be just my mind but I feel as though the regular version had me feeling more energetic. Full disclosure I take this with fish oil and magnesium supplements as well, all of which I only started back taking about 1 month ago after a lengthy break. Since I resumed supplementation I have observed noticeable improvements in my skin quality, I also noticed about 15% better recovery after my daily cardio workouts meaning I wake up feeling noticeably less fatigued from my workouts although I still have not hit my goal of feeling totally recovered each morning after exercise the day before. The biggest improvement has to be the reduction in joint pain and stiffness but this most likely is a combined effect from taking this multivitamin along with Mg and fish oil. I have not noticed any of the negatives that were reported in the 1 star reviews. The quality control seems fine as there is no odd smell of any kind and I have not experienced any negative side effects from taking these vitamins. In my humble opinion if you're searching in 2026, these vitamins represent the best value for money available. If third party testing for purity and potency can be verified I will continue to take these long term.

Compared to others, this one suits me more...

First, the right product came quickly. Second, it seems to have everything I need in it. Third, it is sourced right without chemicals or other ingredients that I do not want to take. Now that is the product I want and will purchase again.
