Comfy
Delivery was perfect. It’s VERY easy to put together; I did it myself (single woman). It’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The back is a bit low, so if you are tall (I’m 5’5), you may sit taller than the back. That may be uncomfortable. For the footrest, my ankles hit the end and my feet hang off slightly. I was a bit worried about that when I was looking for recliners, but it’s not uncomfortable. I wish they would make the foot tests longer. The reviews say that there is an odor, but it just smells like new furniture. That smell eventually goes away. My Lazy Boy recliner was a bit more comfortable, but for the price, this one is good. It really feels like sitting on a cloud, but it doesn’t support my back as well as my old one. It may just need breaking in.

Chair was great, extra "hitchhikers" not so much!
Chair was delivered and setup. A little firmer than expected, and back has a bulge running down the middle of it vertically that is uncomfortable to lean against. Maybe it will settle in in time. But the box was open when they brought it off the truck, and upside down. On they put the back on and left, seemed ok, but that evening I was beset by a bunch of insect bites all over my legs. We just moved in to this house, this chair part of the new furnishings. Had the entire house professionally treated before we moved in to prevent any problems. No where else are there any signs of bugs. No other furniture is having problems.Makes me wonder about the conditions where they stored this chair.Had to have it sprayed and house retreated.Something buggy going on!

Looks great and comfortable
This chair is just the right size. I thought it would look huge in my 12 x 13 living room along with one overstuffed couch, but it doesn't. I didn't have to put it too far away from the wall either, but I probably won't put it all the way back too often. It was easy to put together, I had to sit on the floor to see where to slide the back into the brackets, but it is light weight so no strain. I'm 5'8" tall and it is just right size from floor and the headrest is perfect. No complaints.

Stiff and not comfortable. Hardly a "plush" recliner.
Took a chance and bought this recliner online due to mostly good reviews, and favorable responses to questions that were posted.- Chair was delivered in an open box. Base of chair wasn't secured, or wrapped in plastic. Slight damage to exterior of chair.- Although front porch delivery was expected, delivery guys carried boxed chair inside house. Nice touch.- Chair went together very easily.- Color is more of a dark blue than gray.- Chair is hardly "plush". The term "plush" gives a connotation of being oversized, soft and comfortable. If anything, chair was much smaller than expected, very stiff, and uncomfortable.- I'm 5'9" and 175 pounds, and I found the chair to be small.- The recliner is a rocker, but when reclined, the chair doesn't lock; if you move, the chair will rock forward.- I didn't feel that the picture and description met my expectations for the chair.- I'm sending this back.

So Far the Best
I've been trying out several of these chairs & paying $50 to send each one back. Plenty of padding on the sides - bottom cushion is very thick & comfortable. The reclining mechanism is smooth & the big handle helps bring down the footrest. Much better than those plastic tabs that make your legs do all the work. It sits up fairly high but I still but platform shoes under it to make it easy for us seniors to get out. Material is nice but I still have to cover it for all the eating that's done. Also the mechanism holds its place at any position I want to stay in. Think I'll be keeping this one.

Good chair at a decent price... the waiting it the hardest part...
Good chair at a decent price.Last mile delivery... what a headache. First 'attempt' I received a text notification and automated voice call saying the delivery was 11am - 3pm the next day. I was told by NSD I would receive a phone call 30 min prior to delivery. Neither the 1st or 2nd attempt did I receive a phone call. I did receive a text message (both delivery attempts) saying the delivery company was 10 min or less away. 1st delivery attempt the driver would not stop as there was no parking available in front of my apt building. I called the dispatch number 3 times (just after seeing the delivery truck, after lunch and before closing time for the delivery company) and spoke with a very kind women who did her best to connect with the driver (who evidently does not answer his cell during his deliveries). I explained to the dispatcher that there was a side parking lot for people who live in my building and a back entrance to a parking garage so he can utilize those areas if it's easier. I learned on the 3rd call that my delivery had to be rescheduled to another day. As it was Thursday and the Friday schedule was set I would have to wait until early next week for an update. Rinse and repeat; Wednesday night I get a text to click a link to confirm the delivery for 11am - 3pm. I get a text around lunch time stating the delivery will arrive in 10 min. It was raining I got my gear on and had a particle board with 4 wheels to aid in the delivery as I noticed that the delivery was to be inside the first door / entrance? Driver saw me, pulled up to my building, noticed my wheeled helper and gestured for it. I handed it to him and he gets the big box that has my chair (in 2 pieces so one side is heavy enough where you have to hold the opposite side to maintain balance).Once the box + wheeled helper are on the pavement he asks for me to wait as he wanted to take a picture of the box (record of delivery?) I noticed the opposite side had a broken hole and I asked him to take a picture of it (and he did; thank you). He then proceeded to lock up his truck and move on to other deliveries... He did not help me get the big box into the first door (or building). I had the misfortune of managing that solo as the box was just wide enough to fit inside an 'average' door. This was in the rain (the driver did not appear to have rain gear; he had a ball cap, sweater, and jeans) and I chose to go around to the side entrance as that was one door and not two for the Main St door. The box got stuck in the process of pulling it into the building so I went around and had to push it in (reminder the balance of the box was to one side). After that headache I easily got it back to my apt, unboxed it, attached the back to the base and ta da I have the comfortable chair I've been waiting for.Look in these Covid times stuff happens. That's life. Please work on communicating expectations better. Not sure I needed NSD to reach out to me, as the delivery company, (and ultimately the driver) were more in the loop. I guess the first attempt was a location scout? and there were lot of deliveries that day?The box...could have been tighter? To aid getting though 'average' doors? Hindsight maybe one of the sides has to be a certain size but then it would be oriented up? so the driver or other box handlers mistakenly placed the box on the wrong side? And I could have been earlier outside the 1st attempt. I was 5 min before the text said the delivery would arrive. It said I had 10 min at 1019am. Not sure in the driver was there before I got down to the Main St door? Saw no space to park and kept going or though he would have time at the end of his day? and ran out of runway?Just happy to have a good chair at a decent price.
