I really loved how this be moved around and shaped to any form you need. Not only could you lean your head on it, you can also simply wrap it around your neck for general neck support.To be honest, at first, I was concerned about feeling the rod that bends inside but surprisingly, I did not feel it “at all” through the memory foam. The rod did not bother me at all when I used it as a pillow.This is perfect for window seat where you can tilt your head sideways and use it to rest against the window. It is also a great neck pillow for when you are in the middle seat to wrap around the neck to keep your head from bobbing when sleeping!Comfortable, well made & complete with eye mask & own bag included. A must for long car rides or airplane travel!May be bit pricier than those regular neck pillows but you get what you pay for and I am so glad I chose this one!

My wife and I go on a lot of roadtrips. Long amounts of time in a car are not really the most comfortable situation for anyone...until we discovered this pillow! It's a total game changer! We love that it's customizable, it twists and can flex to any position. It holds it's position really well and helps us get comfortable sleep during our roadtrips. I don't feel any back or neck pain at all! We like it so much that we use it at home, on the sofa while watching TV, or reading a book. We absolutely recommend this to anyone, traveling or not. It's a must have! Oh, and it comes with a matching sleep mask as well. The sleep mask is padded and feels like a bra for my face. LOL. The material is breathable so it doesn't make my face all super sweaty, so that's a plus!!!

This is a nice neck pillow, but I do wish it were thicker. It’s not as thick as most of the U-shaped travel pillows I’ve had, which is a definite drawback. Still I find it useful and otherwise comfortable. It is squeaky when manipulating it into shape, but once in shape it’s quiet and holds the shape very well. I do not feel the rod in it at all when laying my head on it. If it could just be a bit thicker for better neck support it would be perfect.

I needed a new "u-shaped" pillow to replace one that I left in a hotel. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and find that the "u" provides comfort and support. This one is very good --- It is both soft and flexible. The first one I received makes a very tiny squeaky sound that I find amusing. The second one does not. Before going to sleep, I arrange the pillows in a way that provides maximum support, and for the most part they stay in that shape until morning. -- -- Before sleep, I arrange the pillows in various configurations while I read or watch tv. - The pillow also folded nicely and was easy to enclose in my carry-on bag on a recent trip. -- I wash the pillow covers each week when I wash my sheets, and they come out like new. (I have not yet needed to wash the pillow.) -- I hope the seller will add additional pillow covers to their product line. -- dc

I have cervical spine and cervical nerve damage since the car accident I have spent more money than I’d care to admit over the last 10+ years. I thought this would be a pillow more for when I’m waiting in the car when my mother has appointments and I don’t want to sit in a waiting room with a mask on or when I’m in a chair at home. This has become my 24/7 pillow I now use it to sleep as I can twist and reshape as my needs change in the night instead of playing pillow merry go round. I perfectly supports my neck no matter how I shape it. If I shape it just right it well even give my head and neck enough support so that if a fall asleep watching tv I get support almost as good as if I was laying down and my neck stays pretty much straight.My mother has major lower back issues and has struggled to find a good pillow herself so I ordered one for her she loves it so much she even pretty much walks around the house still wearing it!

I travel often and recently I flew to England and I needed something for the long flight to help me stay comfy. This travel pillow is by far better than any I’ve tried before I like that it’s so manageable and you can fit it to exactly how you want it and need it to stay comfortable. Super soft material also.

Took this on a cross country trip recently, about 11 hours total, I wore it for around seven hours total. Starting with the thumbs down first, the pillow when flexed, didn’t quite hold the shape I bent it into. Ultimately, it didn’t stay where I set it, so I spent a lot of time fiddling with it. I ultimately gave up on getting it just right. The other negative is that it could stand to be 2-3 inches longer. Maybe smaller people will find it ok, but I’m 6’2” 205, and it just didn’t seem long enough to support my head when bent up along my neck and head. Also, as a full collar, it just didn’t have the thickness to cradle my head on both sides, and keep my neck straight up.On the plus side, it is very comfortable, with a soft fleece and ample padding to cover the “skeleton” inside. The removebale, washable cover is a big plus too. It’s flexible enough to fit into my backpack, tooOverall, I wouldn’t have bought this if I had the opportunity to get my hands on it before buying. But I’m not ompletely dissatisfied either.

I looked at several anti-wrinkle pillows and they were so expensive. It dawned on me that I could use a bendable travel pillow and shape it like a C, and it would be kind of similar to the specialized design of the anti-wrinkle pillow.So I bought this pillow and put a satin pillowcase on it and it seems to work fine. My face really seems smoother than with my regular pillow and this is so much cheaper. I use the C shape either way to sleep on my sides or if I want to sleep on my back, I make it a U-shape over my head, which supports it and doesn't let it turn all the way (just like the special face pillows). I was able to sleep on it just fine from the first night, it might take others a week or two to get the hang of it. And there are some people who might not like the feel, because it's not a full pillow. However, some of the special face pillows are not full pillows either. I'm pretty happy with it and I'm very happy with the smoother skin on my face.
