I bought a dolly from the local branch of a national hardware chain. When I used it for its intended purpose the wheel fell off. The store did not have these nuts in stock (in fact, their customer service people seemed not to know the name of this nut). Amazon to the rescue! Being naturally cautious, I took a "belt and braces" approach and also used a push-on cap nut for both ends of the dolly axle. Installation hint: use a large socket to make sure the nut goes on straight, and ideally a soft (rubber or resin) hammer. Installation time: 15 seconds!

Exactly what is says it is. Went on as it should and have no problems with it since installing it onto our dolly wheel.

Simple part. As described. You'll need something larger than 5/8 to press this in place. I just used a 3/4 inch socket.
