SWAMI SIVANANDA IS SO PRACTICAL, HIS WRITING IS SO COMPREHENSIBLE ON SUBJECTS THAT ARE VERY COMPLEX, AND THIS ABILITY COMES FROM THE FACT THAT HE IS A TRUE MASTER. WE ARE SO FORTUNATE THAT HE WROTE AS MUCH AS HE DID WHILE ALIVE. THE BENEFIT THAT TRUE SPIRITUAL SEEKERS RECEIVE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR WORLD, BEGINNING WITH THEMSELVES, IS IMMEASUREABLE. TRADITIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS COULD LEARN COLOSSOL AMOUNTS ABOUT THE HUMAN MIND IF THEY STUDIED HIS TEACHINGS, WHICH ARE NOT REALLY HIS, BUT ARE UNVERSAL TRUTHS. This is a very good book. There are many Christian tenants in this work. It really gets into detaching from the material world and the concept of the monkey mind and how to overcome it.
