Works fine, saved money, slight install issues no problem
On install, there is no ground connection on the back of the pump like on my OEM model. Instead, it simply has a green wire in the cable that connects and grounds, so easy, no problem. Old ground wire still goes to other places, but not this. Other issue was the watertight connectors on by Caldera at the box. Wow those are tricky, but they are Caldera not the pump. Anyway with channel-locks to hold them, was able to get clip in. Pipes are wires connected easily. The three provided connectors are worth getting and fit exactly. They are actually 2 of one kind and then a third one. That's what you need to connect. Crimping isn't easy, but use a big pair or pliers. On Caldera, the plastic insulation isn't needed, and may be easier to crimp without it. Overall, glad I saved the money.

Great spa circulation pump
Was easy to install and works like a champ! To stem the flow of water since the spa was full I used clamped the water line with pliers then plugged them with wine corks. Pulled the broken pump and installed the new pump. Then reattached the water lines I took pics of the wiring so no mistakes could be made.

Works with Hot Springs Jetsetter
The factory recirculation pump with our Hot Spring Jetsetter started making rattling noises after about 5 years and adding black plastic flakes to the water. Disassembly showed that the impeller (plastic with a sealed magnetic back) is balanced on a ceramic ball and was starting to wear the plastic down to the point where it was no longer balanced. I looked for awhile but could not find just the impeller part so ordered this pump replacement. It was a perfect fit as far as the pump goes and works fine but did NOT come with the 3 connectors as advertised. No problem, as I just cut the cord from the original pump after it exited the control box and spliced in the new pump with 3 Wago connectors. The pump is super quiet and hopefully will get another 5 years.

Exactly the same specs..
Recently the circulation pump for our jacuzzi went out. The OEM was 270+ dollars. I found this one with the same specs and everything. It was about $80 less, and to my surprise, this is the EXACT pump as the original one. Part Number stamped into the plastic match as well. Swapped out the old with this, and it works perfectly.

Looked like oem
This was installed in my spa to replace the factory original . It looked to be a pretty good match . It worked great for 4 months . I paid the spa company to remove it and see what went wrong ... the motor had burned out . Nothing stuck in the impeller and it was wired correctly ... the motor just burned out . The spa company said it was an inferior knock off pump motor that did not have thermal protection preventing overheating . DO NOT BUY !

So quiet!
I bought one of these 5 years ago and it was kind of loud but the price was good compared to other options. It failed 5 years later. When I took it apart to inspect it it I found it had wobbled itself against the inside wall of the pump chamber. It was off balance! I took a chance on a new one because the reviews were good and the price was still better than other options. This new one is perfectly balanced and so quiet! Also water volume movement is noticeably improved. I suspect this one will last much longer than 5 years.

Seems like an OEM replacement - Quick Switch Out
My husband said he had to do a bit of research to make sure it was the circulation pump that was the issue. I finally found a video that told me to check the voltage of the leads coming off the main board, right after turning it on. For a short bit, before it times out, you can test the voltage and if there's voltage but pump doesn't run, then it's probably the pump. Easily switched the units out, fired up the tub and boom....back in business.
