This stuff is great. It's very dark and absorbed quickly as long as you don't do it too fast. Very strong metal taste but being sublingual you only taste the residue left under your tounge. The 18 mg of this iron in this is better than the others that say 56 mg.

This is my second order and i ordered it because the first liquid iron wasn't available and I looked for other options and i found this. And i liked this one. I like it because it's concentrae, you can use for women, men and kids so the whole family can use it. I like the taste of it. It has a berry flavor taste to it and you can see how concentrated it is and it works. I don't just like it, i love it. My Dr. wants me to take iron 3 times a day to keep my iron levels up because i have a problem with being anemic. It helps with energy, fatigue and i love the taste of it and i love that it's natural and it's not just for adults its kid friendly and they will like the taste of it. It's easy to swallow put in food, smoothies, other drinks, like orange juice etc. And the best thing of all it won't irate/ bother your stomach because it goes straight to your bloodstream. I would recommend it's worth your money 💰. I would buy it again and again.

Had been trying to get my low Iron levels up for close to two years! I had tried several other products without success. Some upset my sensitive stomach and none raised my Iron levels to normal range. It was getting to the point where I was going to need Iron infusions . Several tests could not pin point any type of bleeding issues as a cause and it was thought that I was just not absorbing the iron. My Nurse Practitioner who is my PCP recommended this Maxi Health brand and I am so glad she did! It is easy to take. I mix the liquid with a as very small amount of orange juice and do not notice any bad taste and no upset stomach. Best of all, this product worked very well! My Iron levels and HGB were retested after 3 months and there was a dramatic improvement! In fact , they were able to reduce my dosage of Iron from 5x/ week to 2x/ week and they will monitor. Very pleased with Maxi Health Iron Concentrate which worked for me when several others failed. Would highly recommend to anyone! Saw complaints about the taste which I have none- just mix with OJ and the vitamin C is said to increase the Iron absorption!

I have been using this product since early 2021. I buy it a few times a year. I am very anemic and have been sustained by this medicine. While required to have infusions every few months, after covid I wanted to avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor last year. I found this liquid and it does work and the price is right for my budget. It keeps my iron at a level where it isn't so low that I have "attacks" anymore, but it doesn't raise my iron so that I no longer need to take iron. That's not the liquid's fault but my health's. I think it would work for a person who has absorption issues like mine. I like that it is gluten and grain free, as I am allergic to grains. It is preservative free, which I must also avoid. It also avoids oils, nuts, seeds, and coconut, which I also avoid. Now...for the taste. I have been taking this for more than a year. The taste wasn't good but it was bearable. I just purchased a bottle I bought over the summer and it is UNBEARABLE enough that I might find an alternative supplement. I don't know what happened, but it's BAD. I noticed the formula is lighter, like the iron doesn't sink to the bottom. I would rather deal with that than this horrific taste. I am hoping it's just a bad bottle, and will purchase a new one today. If they did change their previous formula to have this bad taste, I will stop buying this product. I cannot endure the taste at all. Before this last bottle the taste wasn't fun, but I could at least tolerate it. I will give this product 5 stars for doing what it needs to do and hopefully they are not losing who could be a lifelong customer in me.

This product is really important to me. I'm not sure what formula it uses that makes it seem special but its difficult for me to obtain now and I need to order it here but am not sure I can right nowm Geritol works well for the matter too. However its scarce too.

I just started this a few days ago, so I can't yet comment on the efficacy of the actual medicine. However, I'm giving it a 3 because it is impossible to get an accurate measurement with the included dropper, which is a fundamental problem for any supplement or medication. I'm not able to get the dropper to fill more than 3/4 of the way to 1ml. I have to pour it out of the bottle, use a CVS syringe to measure, and then pour the rest back into the bottle (the cvs syringe is too wide to fit in the bottle). The stuff is very thick, so doing this is wasteful because it's hard to pour. It's dangerous to not include an accurate way to measure out the dosage with this. As a secondary comment, it tastes horrendous. I wasn't expecting it to taste good, but maybe because I'm a genetically-confirmed super-taster, I find it nauseating. Hopefully it will at least help physically. But because of the dropper, I won't be buying this brand again.

I'm a 26 year old woman with what i believe are heavy periods, and I have every single symptom of iron deficiency. I am otherwise healthy, but for years I have noticed that my hands and feet are constantly cold, i have dark circles under my eyes that will not budge and make me look like an addict that hasn't slept in years, my nails break easily, my hair while long is on the thinner side, I am easily fatigued, despite being a healthy weight, etc. I tried taking this supplement on its own and found I wasn't getting much effect. Then I tried it by taking it on an empty stomach, with grapefruit straight after, and I can say after just two days of this I am seeing an effect! My hands are already not cold anymore at all, and I am seeing a significant reduction in my dark circles! My dark circles also arrived in tandem when I got my period many years ago. This is relevant because I have not been formally diagnosed with iron deficiency, but I feel like its the most likely diagnosis when my symptoms literally align with every symptom and my risk factors. I am very happy to be noticing these positive effects, when your body has these chronic problems and I have taken iron pills before with little effect, you begin to feel hopeless. I also am taking tea largely out of my diet and have scaled back on dairy, attempting to not have dairy while I take the supplement at the very least. Hopefully I see increased results in the future! Very happy. Also taking the grapefruit afterwards instead of water greatly helps with any aftertaste.

It seems like every time I go to the doctor, I come up with low iron and my doctor says that I am slightly anemic. I have taken many iron supplements over the years because I am a heavy bleeder when it comes to menstrual periods and I also lost a lot of blood during my 3 different C-sections. It just seems like I am always on the lower end when it comes to iron. The iron supplements are not always pleasant… So I was definitely looking for some thing just as effective but not so gross! I decided to take these iron supplements as recommended by my physician. They come in a nice, childproof bottle with a dropper. It is super easy to put drops into a smoothie or a glass of juice. The taste isn’t super great… So diluting it in another food is definitely the way to go for me! This is a much easier way to take an iron supplement than pills! I love this product and definitely recommend it to others!♥️♥️
