It's a very good home remedy for dyspepsia and bloating. The conventional method is to roast it in a pan and add water to while still on fire and get the water to boil. and let it cool for some time and take the water moderately hot.

this ajwain is of very good quality and more over its very clean unlike the ajwain that I used to buy from market as it used to have some bugs and also dirty but this is very clean and of good quality
