Easily said. This is the second set of knives by this company we have had. These knives are beautiful l. They are beautiful and more than worth the money. Look no further. Stunning and razor sharp. These are better than than the ones we gave our daughter. . Look no further And rest assured that they will last for many years!!!!!!!

When Henckels says they're sharp, baby believe them!! I have a funky scar on my knuckle to prove it! Haha!! Seriously, though, I am in love with this set. The set itself is beautifully crafted, and each knife I've tried truly is great quality. I barely put any pressure into my slices and they cut perfectly. I've honestly never used knives this effective before, and I'm so thankful I gave them a try. I guess I should thank Hell's Kitchen, because that's how I learned of this particular brand! Get them! You will not be disappointed. Just don't end up with sutures like I did!! :)

My husband got me a set of Hinkle knives with butcher block with built-in sharpener for my birthday. I’m going to tell you those are some good knives they’re sharp. They cut through anything so don’t hesitate. It’s not a waste of money.

Absolutely love these knives. I grew up in the restaurant business with a chef daddy, and who swore by Henkel knives. I now know why. These. Knives are just fantastic. They fit my hand well and just feel good. The sharpening block is also a huge plus. My only complaint is they are not dishwasher safe. (No, I don’t put my sharp knives in the dishwasher to begin with it’s bad on them so I’ve been told) but the steak knives are serrated and I did make the mistake of running them thru the dishwasher. The handles peeled off and look trashy now. Super sad about that. 🙁 But in all I give these knives a 9.5/10. Love them so much

I have owned many commercial knife sets; this set is very sharp and looks great. None of the knives have problems at all. I have read a few reviews that mention stains and corrosion. I have (on purpose) left two of the knives overnight in dirty sink water, I then placed the wet and dirty knives in the dishwasher and left them again overnight. Two days after leaving these knives in dirty sink water, I removed them from the dishwasher which I ran without the drying mode. NONE of them have a single blemish. I have to wonder what people have done in the past to get these to corrode. Bottom line - Best set of commercially made knives I have ever owned.

The knife's themselves are work well. They came in excellent quality. I will say, I have had these knife's for 2 months, I hand wash them and dry them. In these 2 months, they are starting to rust and the paint on the handles is coming off. The quality as time goes on, and when I say time, in a SHORT time, is very poor.

Love these knives! After buying mine I bought 3 more sets as gifts. I was seriously considering Cutco, but I feel like these are just as good after using them for a year.

This is a quality knife set! There is a knife for every use and they cut so easily. Aesthetically appealing and also have a nice weight to them. Edit update: these knives started to get rust spots within 4 months of use. I contacted the company and they heeded their warranty and sent me a whole new set. So although it was inconvenient to have to return and wait for a new set, the company stood behind their guarantee and replaced the whole set. They noted that these knives should be hand washed, not put in the dishwasher

Nice quality knives for the price

Superb quality! Sharpening system works well - these clean up easily, and are VERY sharp as is off the start! Block is perfectly functional, and these are both attractive and useful knives. Worth the money, and worthy of the Henckels Name! Highly recommended - came well protected, and packed, and fast shipping. Thanks!

Unfortunately, would not buy again. The blades seems to get dull quickly and they stain/spot when washed in dishwasher (when my other knives in same wash cycle don’t, let’s be clear). I find myself needing to scrub them to remove those stains or simply wash them by hand. Wife isn’t satisfied either with their “continued sharpness”. 2 main qualities we should have. I cannot recommend.

not stain resistant

I have owned Heckels Knives in the past and loved them and they were made in Germany. These knives are made in China I am very disappointed if I had known I would not have purchased them. I would have purchased the ones made in Germany :(
