EBR Front Brake Rotor Mounting/Installation Kit

The instructions are printed very small and the thing not mentioning is you need to remove the 6 2” springs on the factory set up. Insulation was pretty straight forward but I did notice a new “noise” while wheel is spinning and under braking. Not real concerned and was wondering if the might be the wire escaping the gas holes in the rotor, but again this should help with rotor warping under extreme conditions.

I had a pulsation at the front brake lever. This kit, along with a new rotor, solved the problem. This design is much better than Buell's initial design. It eliminates the goofy spring loaded system which had too much "float". This system allows for better heat transfer from rotor to wheel so rotor is less prone to warping. Fun to install if you're into that sort of thing!
