It's a lovely ivory color, and would have been just perfect to match up with a glass and brushed gold desk. Too bad it was a piece of crap! Crooked in every way. Re-assembled it three times just to make sure it was the chair and not us.Amazon suggested it would be best if I called LaZboy instead of asking for a refund right away. So, I called the number they suggested. Not the right number, but the exasperated lady at that number gave me a number that worked. Waited over a half hour on hold. Was then told they "didn't have the parts". Discontinued? No, they just didn't have the parts.So, now it's been broken down again and re-packed for shipment back to Amazon. They won't replace it, but I'll get a refund.I suggest you don't waste your time on this chair--keep looking. Which is what I'm now doing after way too much wasted time and frustration!

I have read reviews about this chair arriving damaged or being difficult to assemble. I cannot claim either of those things. The chair arrived in good condition and my husband assembled it easily. Since he always swears when he is putting things together that are difficult for him, I would have heard about it if it hadn't been easy to assemble. I work from home and my office is right off our front door so it is important that my office blend in with the aesthetic of my home. This chair definitely fits the bill. The subtle gold accents are nice and the off-white color is stylish and goes nicely with the rest of my office. Since I sit all day and have a bad back and arthritis in both hips, comfort is key. This chair delivers on comfort as well. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking to have a comfortable and stylish chair.

I trusted the seller's description of it having "minor cosmetic damages." When the product arrived, there was a written note by the seller inside the poorly packaged box literally saying word-for-word, "Item is missing parts and was obviously a return with LOTS of damage." This was not forth written in the seller's item description. It had missing screws, worse than "minor" cosmetic damage and personally, not worth the price paid given I had to go to the local store looking for the best fitting screws to replace what was missing. How am I even suppose to return this in its poor, dilapidated packaging??? Worst amazon buy I've had by far. And probably one of the most expensive. Truly a disappointment.

I've been trying to find a comfortable office chair for such a long time, but none of the ones I purchased were comfortable. Having a back problem and sitting at my computer all day was torture. When I saw this chair, being that it was a Lazy Boy, I thought I would give it a try. EUREKA... I FINALLY found a comfortable office chair! I'm thrilled with my purchase and would encourage anyone who has back problems to give this chair a try...I believe it's the best one on the market. It's the ideal size for a woman, and perhaps the larger size chairs would work best for a man...but this one is absolutely perfect for me!

I purchased this chair in march 2020. The seat has a broken seat problem after two months of use. also one of the screws doesn’t fit because the size is wrong. I called both amazon and lazboy that they told me to contact the seller which is True Innovations. True Innovations didn’t pick up my call at all. therefore I emailed them about my problem with this chair on May 21st, 2020. Erika asked me to send him pictures and receipts. I replied to him immediately with all the information. then, he never answered me again till Oct 2020. he told me that they will not service the seat. I paid $300 on this chair. I only used it for 2 months until it has the problem. the quality and service are very bad. I will not buy anything from them again.

This is a beautiful office chair, and very comfortable. It was not difficult to put together, I followed the instructions and did it by myself in about a half hour. It’s a pretty ivory color, not bright white, and I like the goldish color on the metal. It’s not a bright, shiny gold, but a muted matte color. It seems high quality, and I expect it to last. I am very pleased with this purchase!

Package contents looked disheveled upon arrival. Putting the chair together is easy except the arm came apart. Obviously this was either a return or defective from the start. Extremely disappointing for this kind of money. Customer service number leads to nowhere as does the web URL provided. No choice but to return the item.

LOVE this chair. Mine arrived without any damage at all. Was super easy to assemble. This is a gorgeous, cream/ivory color (not white.). Very, very comfortable. This chair did not disappoint—- I sit in it for about 8 hours per day for work and feel great! Highly recommend.

It's my Christmas gift from my hubby.....we just received it today and it was easy to assembled.the colour is like a vanilla colour so comfy! no complaints here...xox
