Oregon Mint Snuff Co. - Mint Snuff All Mint Chew Cinnamon Flavor 1.2oz Tin (5 Cans)

Great alternative and vise to help in quitting chewing (dipping) tobacco. I used this stuff back in 2011 to stop dipping tobacco. First I took 1 can of this mint snuff and mixed it 50/50 with my normal dip (tobacco), which made 2 cans. Next I used 2 cans of the mint snuff mixed with 1 can of tobacco dip, basically 33% tobacco mixed between the 3 cans. After they were gone I took 3 cans of mint snuff and mixed it with the last can of tobacco dip I ever bought and mixed a 25% mixture. After they were gone all I've dipped since then is mint snuff. Next month will make 9 years since the last tobacco I ever dipped. I also got off the mint snuff for several years by chewing gum, tooth picks and chewing on my mustache a little here and there. Recently I purchased some more of this mint snuff basically because I miss dipping. But I'm not going back to mouth rotting tobacco. I used tobacco dip to stop a 24 year habit of smoking cigarettes. And after almost 3 years of stopping smoking cigs, then I proceeded with the mint snuff to quit the 30 year dipping tobacco habit. I don't miss smoking cigs at all, but I do miss dipping. So I'm back on the mint snuff. It's not the same as dipping tobacco, but it is a great alternative if you really want to stop dipping tobacco... IMO... You can do it too. Good luck.

I'm sure a lot of people are curious about this stuff. First off, it's not exactly like real dip...but it's not bad. I bought the cinnamon flavor, but it tastes more like mint with a subtle hint of cinnamon. You do get a little burn from it, the way you would with grizzly or kodiak. Doesn't stay packed together as good as real tobacco, but again, nothing about this stuff is bad. Tastes pretty good, no nasty chemicals, a good, safe alternative to tobacco. It gets a good spit going, too. Overall, it's good.

great consistency and ability to get it into your mouth... but falls a little short on flavor. Honestly, haven't had one yet (and I have tried a number of different products) that didn't fall short. In particular the cinnamon flavors, never the real 'fireball' flavor you would want. I'm going to get some candy making hot cinnamon oil and enhance it to meet my needs. Great product, don't hesitate to purchase.OK... I have a fix for those of us that truly enjoy the taste of cinnamon... fireball like cinnamon. Purchase the following: LorAnn Super Strength Cinnamon Oil Flavor, 1 dram bottle (.0125 fl oz - 3.7ml) Twin pack blistered... I took the contents out of a can of snuff and put it in a small glass dish, added about 8-10 drops of the 'Super Strength Cinnamon Oil', mixed it around a bit and then repacked it back into the plastic can. This now provides true fireball like cinnamon flavor... but be cautious... it is possible to add too much. remember... you can always add more, but you can't take it out once you've added it. The cute little bottles of oil can be controlled to add just the number of drops you want. Too much and it will actually make your eyes water. That's my fix.

I’ve tried so many herbal dips for quitting tobacco but I keep coming back to this brand.Mint is actually good for you and this dip actually doesn’t promote tooth decay.The downside is it’s a bit sticky. But I have no issues with that. The cut stays together pretty good in the lip and is easy to manage.Honestly I think this brand gets a bad rap for no reason.

Been using this for 2½ months now along with some cinnamon flavor toothpicks. Still have the urge to smoke, but have fought it off with these "crutches".
