Quick and easy setup

It’s a little umbrella. It folds down very small. It took me a minute to get used to the locking mechanism. The mechanism seems to work ok… but it is unique.

I love this umbrella because it fits in my carryon portrait kit.I fly all over the country and don't trust to send my light stands or umbrellas through baggage so I carry everything on a small rolling bag and this fits just perfectly while giving me a very generous size softbox for portraits once set up.

Super compact light modifier! Umbrellas are awesome modifiers! I can do most of what i do with two of thesebwithout having to buy into the overhyped products that come out weekly.

As expected, small and very light when collapsed. I will use this for a travel setup, for video calls with an Led light, and with an AD200Pro for portraits.Note in the photo that (using the tilt base of my AD200 Pro) the rod slides past the round section to the hexagonal section in the umbrella holder. It's a tight fit but it works. Other reviewers had missed this.Additionally the rod can be collapsed when mounted so you don't poke your model in the face with it.

Love these umbrellas! They feel surprisingly durable for the price, are very nicely packaged and fold up super easily. I don't have a lot of space to store equipment but these fit perfectly in my photography kit.

折り畳みでコンパクト

傘を閉じるときは最後まで押し込まない閉じる事ができない。少しチカラがいるが2回目からはスムーズに閉じられた。

SONYのαにしてからとにかく軽量な装備での撮影を心がけています。ライトスタンドはスタジオに借りられるのでカメラとAD200とアンブレラのみ。小さめのキャリーケースにも入りますしリュックにも入ります。直当てでキレイに光が回るので１灯で十分です。少し狭めのスタジオにもピッタリな絶妙のサイズです。

大きさも十分あるので、ポートレート、ブツ撮り、フード撮影と多用途で使用出来ます。あまり頑丈では無いため、気を使いながらの使用となりますが、折り畳みで持ち出しも楽で重宝しています。唯一気になる点は、臭いが強いので、触った後の手の平の金属臭が気になるので、このアンブレラを使用して撮影する食べ物はあまり触りたく無い感じになります。「UNPLUGGED STUDIO 41インチアンブレラ用ディフューザー」を購入しましたが、無理なくかぶせることが出来ました。ラージソフトボックス として利用出来るので非常にオススメです。このサイズのソフトボックス を持って行くと今まで余分なバッグを携帯する必要がありましたが、アンブレラで折り畳みがこれほどまでに運用（準備も一瞬です）が楽とは想像していませんでした。
