New! FLEX Double Pointed Needles replace traditional double points with a more flexible approach to knitting small projects in the round. Interchangeable with all Denise products, this set of 3 flexible double pointed needles functions in the same way as the standard 4 or 5 rigid double pointed needles but without the frequent needle changes. Divide stitches evenly on two needles, then knit with the third. Set includes 3 FLEX Double Pointed Needles (DPNs), composed of Denise Sharp Short Tips and 3 inch (8 cm) cords. Sharp Short Tips are 2.75 inches (7 cm) for US 5/3.75mm-10/6mm needles and 3.25 inches (8 cm) long for US 10.5/6.5mm-15/10mm. FLEX needles are 8.5 inches (22 cm) long for US 5/3.75mm-10/6mm and 9.5 inches (24 cm) long for US 10.5/6.5mm-15/10mm. Compatible with any Denise Interchangeable Knitting and Crochet set. Made in the USA and guaranteed with normal knitting use.

LOVE these!
What a revelation! I could never manage double pointed needles, but these are so easy. And better yet, the other brand does not come in sized above US8, but these come in multiple large sizes so I can knit my bulky sweater sleeves. They are extremely well made and easy to handle. Thank you Denise!

Love these needles.
Wish I would have had these needles years ago. So much easier to use than straight double pointed needles.

Spend a few dollars more and get Addis
These are ok, but not terribly pleasurable to use. If you already know you like this type of needle, get the OG Addi Flexi Flips. They're only a few dollars more and just so much easier and more enjoyable to use. These plastic ones feel cheap and flimsy. I've only had them a little while, but I'm already taking bets on when the cable part will detach from the needle shaft. I'll keep you posted.

trying something new
I have a set of Denise interchangeable knitting needles that I have been using for several years and love so decided to give these a try in place of the usual double pointed needles. I have a feeling it is going to take a little to get used to them but can see where there will be easier to use once I am used to them since they are flexible. Love that the tips can be used with my other set as a bonus.

So glad I tried these!
I was nervous about trying these, but I really dislike dpns. I am so happy I tried them. The size is perfect for the sleeve I'm working on, and would be excellent for baby and toddler hats, too. They have just the right balance of stick and slide for the wool blend yarn I'm using. It's a bonus that they are interchangeable, so I can get a longer cord if I need to. I also like that the size is embossed onto the needle (in mm measurement). I will be purchasing additional sizes and additional cords as the need arises.

Very nice needles
Very nice needles. I have wanted to try this type of needle for a while but normally they are too expensive. Since these were made in the USA and for a reasonable price, I decided to try them. I think they are very good quality and I like working with them.

They drag...Does the job, but....
.....but they have a connector on the needle that snags, and imprinted size that snags as well. I only use DP needles when the circumference gets very very small. Otherwise, 9 inch circulars work great up until then, so these are only used at the very end. Still, the stitches are a bit hard to get off the needles because of a drag. No biggie, because it does the job at the end. Because 9inch circular needles are so handy, I only pick up the Flex needles at the end. Looks like it creates ladders at the beginning, but, they close up at the end.

Nice Needles!
I bought these to go along with another set of similar needles, so that I could be able to use 4 needles instead of 3, to decrease my hats. These are nice to knit with, and the tips worked well with my stitches. They seem sturdy, and the cords seem to be attached well. Looking forward to finishing more hats using these needles.
