This replacement screen is fantastic. As in the product description, the dealership would charge you $1500 to $2,000 to replace the whole cue unit (I received a quote in 2022.) Instead, 1.5 hours of careful work fixed my unresponsive screen. This is, in fact, the second time the vehicle has had the same issue. The previous owner of my 2014 ATS (co-worker) replaced the whole unit in 2017 under a GM warranty since the screen was cracked and stopped working. And I had an unresponsive screen right after five years since then. So this clearly shows that the OEM screen stops working within 3 to 5 years. So replacing the whole unit doesn't solve the issue essentially, and ultimately it is wasting time and money. Many Kudos to Cuescreen!!! You guys saved a lot of my money and time since this is supposed to be a permanent fix for this issue!!! (We’ll see how long this screen works) The installation was not too complicated, thanks to the YouTube videos Cuescreen created. I watched the video before I purchased the product, and I followed the instructions carefully while working on the replacement. It took just 10 min to remove the unit from the vehicle and about 1 hour and 20min to complete the rest of it. The most challenging part for me was the screen alignment. I broke one of the plastic pins at the bottom... Since there are many screws, I figured other pins and screws could align the screen, and I ignored the one broken pin. Luckily I was okay. The screen and the cue system work perfectly now, with a much more responsive screen. The screen seems durable, and the look of it is exactly the same as the stock screen. I work for a car OEM, but not a professional mechanic. If you are good at following instructions, only tools you need are tools coming with the kit, and a screwdriver and 7mm socket. My Cadillac CUE screen was starting to act up and be un-responsive on the lower area of the screen. If I took it to the dealer, I would get the same old problematic in time screen, so I opted for this after-market screen. Yes, I installed it myself and the video instructions were very good. Please watch the videos before you do anything, as you might need that small 7 mm ratchet, etc. I think this might have taken me about 3 hours, but I really took my time as there are some steps you really have to be careful on. I would not call the installation easy, and I would not call it difficult. Just take your time on this, and do not be in a hurry if doing this yourself. The re-installation went much quicker than dis-assembly, and the new Screen is working great with no touch issues and a very fast responsive screen. Very pleased with this, even if I would not call it easy to install. Yes, this saved me a ton of money.

Great product! Saved me a ton of money from the dealer. Videos were easy to follow. Take your time and be patient. Start to finish took 1.5 hours. Looks great and works perfectly.

I have a 2017 Cadillac ATS and I could see the spider webs in the screen as soon as it stopped working. After some research, I found CueScreen replacement. This is only the replacement touch screen which is far less expensive than the entire console module. Easy to replace and looks exactly like the original. It is a delicate task and took me about an hour and a half. Videos are easy to follow and highly recommended. Support is also excellent.

I'm glad I learned about these CUE replacement units. It saved me a bundle and just required some time to install. My original unit started going crazy on me with skipping around from channel to channel and sometimes freezing. The Cadillac dealership made an effort to do some repair be doing a reset of the system (which I already had done), that didn't work. They would not replace just the screen. They wanted to replace the entire unit, which made no sense to me. Fortunately a learned about these replace screens and I saved a great deal of money and my sanity. The screen works beautifully. It's actually more sensitive than the original unit because just placing my finger in the zone of the screen I want to change will sometimes switch to the channel I want without me actually touching the screen. The installation of the screen is pretty simple once you get the entire unit out of your vehicle. I have a 2016 SRX and it took longer than expected to get the unit out of the dash. To be honest with you, I doubt that I would have been able to do it alone. There are areas in which you need someone else to pry a trim panel back while you loosen screw and totally unscrew trim panels. Cadillac could have done a much better job with the placement of the screws on some of the trim. I do not recommend using screw drivers to pry trim panels. You will easily damage the trim. Thankfully I had trim tools, plus the ones that came with the unit. Just be patient and like I said, an extra pair of hands will help. View the videos a couple of times before attempting to remove the unit from your dash. I also ended up referring to a Youtube video as well. Overall I am very happy with this CUE Screen. I received it in early November 2019 and installed it soon thereafter. I've not had a single issue since. And, once again I'm loving my SRX. If only I could fix my after market fog lights to work just as well.... :)

Great price and works great.

Well, I ended up having to assemble this screen, not once, not twice, but three times. I became a pro the third time putting the unit together. The first assembly went great, was ready to install it in the car and notice a white square in the screen. I forgot to remove the sticker... Disassembled, reassembled, and when I was ready to install I noticed a slight bubble in the left top corner. I watched a Youtube video and remembered a warning about making sure to remove the glass film. Ugh There are less expensive options that look the same as this one, so shop around. If you do buy, make sure you remove the sticker and also remove the glass film.

En lo personal cuido la camioneta como la niña de mis ojos, es una Cadillac escalade 2016, un día de la nada me empezó a fallar el touch hasta que ya se veía como una telaraña dentro (como estrellada) , anexo fotografía , ni me moleste en ir a la agencia ya que la garantía se perdió en diciembre pasado y se que me hubieran querido cobrar demasiado, así que me di a la tarea de investigar y me voy dando cuenta que a muchísisisisima gente les pasó lo mismo, me aventuré por los buenos comentarios que leí de esta pantalla y no me arrepiento. Encontré un video SÚPER DETALLADO de cómo reemplazar la pantalla (hago una aclaración para que no se espanten como yo cuando les llegue, no es el reemplazo de un equipo electrónico como tal, no piensen que los estafaron como yo al principio jajaja, simplemente es como una mica que lleva entre la pantalla y el usuario final que hace que funcione el touchscreen) , el link del video es el siguiente , se los recomiendo mucho. https://youtu.be/bZzC3CGrtpQ y más o menos nos tardamos aprox 1.5 hrs haciéndolo y quedó súper bien, la pantalla funcionó excelente. High quality. Looks and works better than factory. Follow video instructions on YouTube and install is easy. Don’t try and figure it out yourself. Can be easy to wreck the whole unit if instructions Arnt followed

It's a bit of fun to remove and reinstall in the car but the screen change itself is fairly easy and quick. The instructions video is pretty accurate even if I have a wireless phone charger. I'm glad I had seen the info regarding 2017 and newer, I had a non responsive screen on my 2019 XTS, so I took the 15 mins break and when i got back to it, worked like a charm. So far, very happy with my purchase.
