Definitely not either of the items pictured. Adequate, though. Also, I only noticed after receiving that the product pictures don't even match with each other, so I'm surprised that they photographed two different products, and then shipped a third, distinct product

Not as advertised
Missing the center screw hole, as the one pictured has. This is an issue if you want to screw a permanent 6 outlet tap into the receptacle.Second, the specs say made in USA. They're made in China now.

Easy- threaded nut plates included for attaching receptacle
As expected - good qualityI do like the 2 threaded break off tabs that you can use as nuts to attach receptacle

Missing the tabs
Strong construction but the break off tabs used to mount the outlet were not on the product. I had to search the garage for small bolts and nuts to attach the outlet

Product is very heavy duty and works on the 4 inch box. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part for my work and these would not fit for my application. The vendor was very generous in processing a refund. I would recommend doing business with this vendor.
