Brilliant, the pictures perfect and the app is really easy to use, I’m struggling to get it to work with my echo show and sometimes the app crashes but all in all a good device, I will be getting more

Great if you're wanting a longer USB power feed, but it is a lot of money for what you get. There's nothing wrong with the quality, but in my case, the extension was not long enough. Cheaper, good quality cables (if that's all you want) are available on Amazon etc

If you buy the neos smartcam buying this mounting kit as well is a no brainer. Nice long high quality usb extension cable and I found the included double sided sticky mounting pad more than sufficient to affix the camera to my window frame.

These cameras are great for the price, with the magnet-based installation very clever indeed. However, the cables are too short to reach from the top corner of the ceiling to the plug sockets, meaning I had to buy extension kits. The two lengths of power cable connect via USB to each other, making them too big to fit inside the 16mm x16mm trunking I was using. I therefore had to use much wider trunking which is much less discreet. Just something to bear in mind. Setup is easy and the cameras work straight away, with a clear picture and nice zoom function. I do however have issues with the app. My wife and I have our phones linked to the app so if both of us leave the pre-set radius the camera auto-arms for noise detection and motion detection (both customisable). This would be fine, except either one or both of us can pop out and come back in, only for the app to treat us as being 'away' for hours on end, sometimes the entire day after we've been out, then will register us as 'home' at a seemingly random time. This happens on Android and iOS devices. This plays merry hell with the auto arming, and I can find no discernible pattern for why it does this. Support were largely unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the issue I was having, so I gave up. I may have to just manually arm each time we go out, which isn't really the point. The cameras also record the sound in the room, which is great for obvious reasons, but you can't turn the sound monitoring off when you're watching the camera. This means that, unless you turn the sound on your phone right down, you can't, say, monitor the kids' bedroom without hearing the sounds/music coming from their room. This means that you might miss phone calls/notifications due to your phone sound having to be off. The app will also randomly log out, perhaps after an update I don't know, which also turns off the auto-arming capability, not that I would know. I then have to log back in and enable auto arming every time. Overall, the hardware is pretty good but the app needs work.

Really good for keeping an eye on our baby while he sleeps.

Ideal use for indoors. Neos app is good and responsive, would advise use of SD card so that you can retrieve extended footage, free of charge.

Fantastic product , easy to setup and use now have 2 cameras , only drawback or improvement would be a timed auto arming so it could be set toactivate at night !. Other than that love it
