Sry to say I paid over 80 bucks for this glass object weighing somewer around 2 or 3lbs bec I actually thot it would glow?? I sat it on the tv in view of sunlight and that night while I was sitting in the living room in the dark watching TV I noticed a faint glimmer of an image of the jelly fish inside but nothing at all mind u to write home abt." As it was very difficult to see it fully Maybe if I took it and sat it outside all day maybe on the terrace or porch in direct sunlight if I had either one of those things maybe at night it would glow. But that would be jus a bit much since the globe is very heavy and u wouldn't want to break it." But on a scale of 1-10 re: it's ability to glow at night I give it a 2."
