Astrology made simple a beginners guide to interpreting astrology what I first thought about this book is only and it's going to be boring how I'm I don't read it well I opened it up and come to find out it's really interesting if you're into astrology is it it will teach you how to read your astrological signs and others what it means why it means what it means it will tell you what the zodiacs mean which was really interesting because I do have A thing for reading my horoscope in the newspaper now I may be able to figure it out myself it also tells about the sun signs and how to figure what the sun signs mean.! It gives you the meaning of moon signs I'm in it also has the sun versus the moon which is very interesting I never thought I would actually read something like this because I was like I don't care about it.! This book will also break down what the planets the main towards your sign such as I am a Taurus and it tells you what the different planets with the sun means with the Mont means all to your scope it's pretty interesting I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is into astrology another interesting part of this bull gives it does have a chapter called interpreting your birth chart I did not understand it before I do I don't know how to read the chart that it gives you but it throughout the book if it feels like you need a reference it does have links you can click on because this is for the Kindle or the Kindle app which is also great because a lot of the stuff I didn't know but now I do because of course it's got links I did however receive this book for free in exchange for my unbiased review and I am so thankful I sat down and read this book

I have always been fascinated by astrology and how it works but never have been able to truely understand it. This book is really interesting and a good read. It gives in depth details about different signs and how each sign works. How the lunar placement can affect the signs and their moods. The books is written in a simple and easy to understand language. The descriptions given in the book relating the different personalities of each sign looked pretty accurate as it was very relate-able to mine. Understanding the different signs and their astrological relations is a complex science and this book really gives good and useful information. FASCINATING! I have always been fascinated by astrology. As a teenager, I remember having Mom read my daily horoscope from the newspaper and being captivated by every word! I would always manage to find a way that those horoscopes applied to me! As I got older and wiser, and honestly after reading this book...ASTROLOGY MADE SIMPLE by Alyson Mead - I realized that Astrology had very little to do with horoscopes and more to do with the cycles of the planets. Your Astrology horoscope or birth chart is a map that shows the sun and the moon and planets at the exact position of your birth. Deciphering your birth chart will help you to understand many of your personality traits. Think of your birth chart as a code. Understanding your horoscope may help you to understand yourself. Just when I thought all astrology books were the same I got this one. Wow, was I impressed. This book is packed full of very useful information, and is more informative than other astrology books I have read in the past. The book is a very beautiful book. The colors are vibrant and the pictures are of excellent quality. This book gives you more information on yourself and finding out different aspects of your sign. It is also easier to follow than others. It goes through different processes of finding your different types of signs (sun sign, zodiac sign, etc) in each chapter. There is also a recap as well as examples after each chapter to help connect the dots a little more. I highly recommend this book to those who are into zodiac signs as this teaches a good bit on them, their origin and meanings. I am a Virgo and reading and understanding the meaning helped me learn new things about myself, personally, I never understood before. Once I began reading this book it was so hard to put down, mainly due in part to the history involved as well as the understanding of myself and each of my signs. If you're like me, you thought astrology began and ended with little blurbs in the newspaper or a little birthday notice on your home page, and if you're really fortunate, your lucky numbers. Little did I know all the minutiae and complex relationships with planets and stars. Frankly, it was a little daunting for a novice like me. The book is broken down into multiple sections, from a "birth chart" (with full explanations), and a very detailed breakdown of the history behind all of it. I'm not one to believe in how a planet in "retrograde" has any effect whatsoever on my mood, my decisions, or my mental state. If you're a skeptic, this book will do very little to change your mind, but if you're a dyed in the wool believer, this book will do wonders to help you further understand what it is you're putting your faith in. The author, Alyson Mead, filled this book with enough information that you can go from beginner to expert in just one sitting. Covering almost every facet of the belief system, it's a daunting enough read that I believe the "made simple" byline to be a misnomer. I found it to be informative but not persuasive, so for the skeptic this will do little to change your stance. I personally took nothing away from this book, because while I do believe the sun on a hot day will make everyone a little bit of feisty, and the full moon affects the tides and brings out the loons, that's about as much power over my life as I'm willing to give any celestial body. Astrology is a vast subject and i had no idea ,it would be so interesting . the book is very well written and it grabbed my attention at the complexities of the stars and how they can help us in our day to day lives. Its a great book but its complicated too,if you dont give your full attention , you might not understand it well. Over all I loved it because and I am very interested in how the stars work and their effect on us. Alyson Mead is a great writer and psychic, and I am thinking to get more books related to this topic . the illustrations and charts are very clear and easy to understand. The language is not very complicated thats why this book grabbed my attention. Its amazing and I love it i was provided this book at discounted price in return for my honest opinion

No problem with the content of the book. I was able to understand a good amount of things that are written. Being from India, we have an elaborate astrology system and it would be interesting to compare the content of this book with the Indian system. However its better to read a paper book, because one needs to refer to the charts and Kindle cannot handle shifting between pages.
