I have heavy urinary/bowel incontinence. I use diapers full time to manage my toileting needs. Usually, I buy a less expensive brand, but I sometimes wear more premium diapers. The Betterdry are amazing! They absorb heavy wettings with ease and keep me dry day and night. They have tall leakguards to contain once daily BMs. Most importantly, they are very comfortable to wear, which is important since I'm in them all day, every day. Three diapers in 24 hours manages my bladder/bowel output. I feel dry, confident and secure wearing Betterdry!

Being an abdl I’ve tried numerous models and brands such as abu, forsite, megamax etc and betterdry are my absolute favorite at the moment! The wicking is unparalleled, these swell up so much! I struggle with weight loss and am fairly big, however I find that medium fits just fine, perhaps the best sized medium around, and the tapes absolutely deliver as well! I bathed in one last night and the tapes held the entire time. The feel of the fabric as it is is absolutely amazing, comfortable enough that you may even forget you’re even wearing. Cannot recommend these enough, whether you’re IC or abdl, this will surely be one of your favorites as well. Not to mention northshore throws in a megamax sample pack and wipes, a very generous gift. I bought 4 packs and am not a daily wearer as I don’t wear for medical needs so these will easily last me most of the year especially with the addition of a case of eternadry stuffers I bought. Thank you Amazon and northshore for making these readily available and I will be ordering them again at the next possible opportunity! Anyone else reading this, absolutely give these a try if you haven’t! I would buy these by the thousands if I could afford it lol

The BetterDry honestly has to be my favorite diaper up to date, based solely on the functionality and durability. These diapers start out at a medium thickness when dry, but manage to swell quite a bit in order to hold anything you got. In my opinion, these diapers are very quiet and not noticable under clothing. These diapers with a booster are my go to for work, easily lasting all 6-8 hours. This company even offers the same diaper, but with cute prints on them called Crinklz. I have tried many other diapers such as Abena, ABUniverse and Tykables to name a few. While the other diapers are fun, none can even compare to the BetterDry. Only downside is that the tapes are not the best they could be. I found that if I rub the tapes after I stick them down, they tend to hold better. I have included photos of the Crinklz along with the BetterDry for comparison. Update - July 2020 - Still my absolute favorite, go to diaper!

These diapers are one of the most comfortable I have used yet. They are also one of the most leak proof. My only wish is they would sell individual packs so the sticker shock was not as bad. These are sized a bit on the small size. So add 4-5 to your number and go from there. I'm right on the edge of large / medium and they technically don't fit as there is a slight gap sometimes (you have to center the thing perfectly when this close). Though most times I can nail it and get a ~1" overlap on each side.

Very soft. Good plastic backing. Soft flexible plastic wings and protective interior liner leg gatherers. Fast absorbing and hold a lot. Refastenable tapes. A little pricy but very good product. Be sure to get the right fit or else they will split in the back but once we found the right size we have not had any issues.

These diapers were pricey, but again, you get what you pay for! I'm a heavy wetter at night, and after several nights of wearing these, I've found they are the best for me. After using Wellness diapers, I can safely say these are more cost effective, because of the re-, sealable tabs, and a slightly different fit, which worked perfectly for me. As with both these brands, the nice folks at North Shore products sent along some free samples of their wipes, booster pads, and in my last order, they were kind enough to send three diapers of different colors, which I thought was very generous. I'll be ordering more Better Dry right away!

These diapers are very stiff like wearing cardboard. I’m sticking with abena L4s

They are a bit less crinkly than some of the other diapers out there. The amount of sap in them, means they go from thick to HUGE. So, not a day use diaper if you're going to the office/work place, unless you can wear loose clothing. (they are relatively quiet... so.. you do you) I have worn these to bed for a few weeks now and my skin is THANKING me for the change. Dry is better! So, if you need to wear diapers because you have to, these are great diapers. If you need to wear diapers because you want to, these are great diapers. So, spend a little extra than the "cheap" ones and get a great diaper, that is as good as the expensive printed diapers. WIN WIN
