Pixie Menstrual Cup Starter Kit for Feminine Care - Small & Large, 2 Cups

This is a game changer. I don’t know why I haven’t bought this sooner. I have been saving so much money since I bought this kit, and my menstrual cycles are even better than before. I have endometriosis and tend to have the worst menstrual cycles to where I’m bleeding so much that I could pass out. I had to consistently buy pads and tampons to keep up with the excessive bleeding, and it was starting to become very expensive with the prices and how often I had to buy more. Just like any woman, I hated the feeling that I was on my period because of how uncomfortable it feels. when you use these menstrual cups they make you forget you are literally on your period until it’s time to clean it. This company literally provides how to videos and guides on how to insert the cup, how to know your menstrual cup size, and how to properly clean the cup. The kit itself comes with lubricant, soaps, and cute travel bags to put your menstrual stuff in. I will say it does get a little messy at the beginning because you’re trying to get the hang of it but once you’ve gotten it, it is a smooth breeze and very convenient. Be careful if you have nails because you can scratch yourself when trying to either put it in or take it out but overall it’s pretty easy. if the stem of the menstrual cup is irritating your lady parts I recommend cutting it. It makes it a lot easier and they have lines on the stem on where to trim and still make it easy to take out. The websites and guides are very informational and helpful, especially for new beginners who want to try to have a comfortable experience when on their period and they provide a lot of really cool accessories and products for the menstrual cup itself. I recommend wearing menstrual underwear when using these just to still be safe with leaks. The menstrual cup can leak if the cup is overflowed, put in incorrectly, or isn’t the correct size. Please review this brand’s guides and information they seriously help and give it a more easier experience. If you have a teen, I highly recommend getting this for them as well because they do make teen kits and could also help save your pockets too when bleeding x2.

Let me tell you this. I have been using so many different types of tampons, pads, liners , and even discs. I just didn’t have guts or any knowledge about period cup until I came across Pixiecup. And.. honestly these things are LIFE CHANGING. I could wear this during working out and to go out to swimming, and it STAYS and does not leak (of course you need to make sure it is placed right and not full enough). It was bit confusing at first with all that insertion and taking it out but once you get the hang of it, it is just so easy. Also, it is SO affordable considering and comparing the price I would be paying for menstrual products.. This kit honestly has everything you need to get to know about and to use the period cups. I would never go back to using tempons after this. Not to mention I purchased this in 2019. I am writing this review in 2021. I still have been using it and I have also attached a photo of the classic and luxe version of cups. I personally have used the classic one for About 1.5 yrs and the Luxe one only for couple months. BUT I prefer the luxe one because it is Softer for me and since I think I have low cervix, it fits better on me. Aside from their company and products being amazing, their customer service and their mission of giving a cup away to someone who may need it every time you buy one are awesome too. I trust this company and have been the loyal customer to their products. As you can see my products are from older version as they last for REALLY LONG time once you purchase. I am due to buy new washer, lube, and pixie steam sterilizer but they last very long. If you have any other questions, contact them and I am sure you will be happy you choose this company because they really make sure you are satisfied with their products. One of the few products in my life that I recommend 5/5 without any hesitations. Pixiecup is the best. ALSO THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED REVIEW and the review comes from my own personal experience and thoughts about the products after using it for about 2 yrs !

I’m really impressed with the Pixi Menstrual Cup Kit. I like that it comes as a complete kit rather than just the menstrual cup itself, which makes it feel much more convenient and practical, especially for someone who is new to using menstrual cups. The cup has a nice, well-made feel to it, and I appreciate the thought that went into the overall design. Having the additional accessories included is also a big plus because it gives you the essentials you need to properly care for and store the cup. The packaging is neat and the product feels like it was designed with convenience and hygiene in mind. One of the things I appreciate most about using a menstrual cup is not having to constantly worry about carrying and changing disposable menstrual products throughout the day. It can also be a more economical and environmentally friendly option over time. The Pixi kit makes that transition feel a little easier because everything is conveniently together in one package. I also like that the kit is compact and easy to keep stored between uses. The cup itself is flexible, and once you become familiar with how to properly insert, position, remove, and clean a menstrual cup, it can be a very convenient addition to your period routine. Overall, I think the Pixi Menstrual Cup Kit is a thoughtfully put-together product and a great option for anyone interested in trying a menstrual cup or looking for a reusable alternative to traditional menstrual products. I especially like that the kit provides more than just the cup, making it feel like a complete solution rather than having to purchase additional accessories separately. Overall, I’m happy with the quality, convenience, and presentation of the kit and would recommend giving it a try if you’re interested in switching to a reusable menstrual product.

This kit is superior to all other kits, and this cup is the best one I have ever tried. As someone who has tried period cups before and has never been able to get them to work, I had almost given up on the concept. BUT, I saw that there were applicators for cups now and thought, why not? I can confidently say, the applicator is so helpful. It really makes a huge difference when trying o insert it, as I really struggled before in getting the cup far up enough. HOWEVER, for the cup to work correctly, you’re still going to have to stick your fingers up there to adjust it upon insertion, and also to remove it when the time comes. There’s really no getting around that. I find it easiest to turn the applicator on the side of the heart, insert it, and then get the cup to pop open with my right hand by gently pushing on the end by the crease and pulling it down slightly, and this usually works. It’s going to take a couple of tries to get it to work, and don’t be discouraged. Everyone’s bodies are different and it takes time to figure out what’s right for you! The wash and lube have also been so helpful. As you can see I haven’t used the purple collapsible sanitizing cup yet, as I’m planning to use it at the end of my cycle, but I expect that it will work nicely. Not pictured are the actual cups, as one of them is currently in use and the other is the large size (too big for me). For the small cup to sit comfortably inside of me I had to trim the stem, and now I find it’s really comfortable once I get it inserted! I am telling you ladies, the switch is life changing. There is a learning curve, but that’s with anything, and this is something that is actually WORTH learning for the long run. You will save so much money, time, and hassle that you would normally deal with for a regular period, not to mention that tampons are loaded with toxic chemicals and metals that are horrible for you. (Whenever I use tampons my cramps are significantly worse, but not with cups!) Just remember to relax, take it easy and don’t give up. Don’t be afraid to readjust and try again. Once you finally get it and successfully use your cup for a few days, it’s the best feeling ever. Truly LIFE CHANGING. They have plenty of videos online that I found helpful, and also many have said that Pixie has great customer service if you have any issues. Just remember, this is an investment in yourself, you’re doing your body and your mind a huge favor❤️ Good luck!

Recommend this product! I have never used a cup before buying this set. I was interested when I saw the applicator as the thought of trying to stick the cup in was always what stopped me from buying on in the past. First try was like I had been doing it for my whole life. I have only used the smaller cup but I did put the larger in the applicator to see how it fit. It is obviously alittle harder to put in the applicator but I don’t see having an issue when the time comes to use the bigger one. I do not feel the base of the cup which was another concern of mine. I didn’t want to walk and fill it but it’s actually very comfortable to me. I run around chasing kids all day and don’t have any leaks and comfortable with whatever sitting position I’m in. I did try to just use my hand with the cup and I could not keep it folded long enough to get where it needed to go. I could make it work but the applicator would definitely be a life changer for those who use the cup regularly but still not I guess a “pro” at it 😅 My only concern with this kit so far is the size of the microwave container. I wish it was just a tiny bit bigger. I can only fit one thing in at a time. Even the applicator would have to be taken apart and take two rounds. This isn’t a terrible issue to have but convenience would just be nice to just throw everything in at once. Obviously you could just use a different microwaveable container if you really wanted.

This is my favorite cup/disc that I’ve tried! I’m 39, post 4 pregnancies, high cervix, extremely heavy periods. I tried a few different cups and discs when I was younger, but I loathe putting them in. I have been using a combination of tampax pearl ultra tampons, overnight pads and period underwear for awhile now. It’s getting expensive. I saw that this cup has an applicator, so I bought the entire kit. The large cup holds me over for 3-4 hours, about double the amount of time that an ultra tampon lasts, it would probably work all day for someone with a light or moderate flow. The applicator took a couple tries, but now it goes in pretty easily. Removal is also easier than previous cups that I’ve had. I have been using it for 3 days and so far I have tried the large cup, applicator and the insertion lube. All of which have been great. I plan to try the other products as well, but it was worth the price just for the cup and applicator alone. I am very pleased with this product.

I would say this kit is fantastic!!! My only complaint is the applicator, but it could be user error. Everything else supplied in the kit I have used! All in all, It takes a little while to get used to, but this Pixie cup has changed the way I view my time of the month. No longer do I feel nasty! I was so tired of wasting money on tampons and dealing with the awful aftermath. With the two cups, I can change which size I need based off of flow, and I can barely tell its even there! Anyone looking for an alternative that is less wasteful - Buy a Pixie Cup!

I've been using the cup since 2019. I started using it after having my second kid. At the time, I bought a large cup from a different brand (thinking that after 2 births it would be more spacey down there). I started using it and it was all good at first, but after a while, I started experiencing leakages and the cup being pushed out when I went to the bathroom or after eating(!), which was very strage for me. I always blamed it on me for not inserting it right. Fast forwarding to present times, I had a 3rd kid and recently got my period again. So I went back to the cup after 20 something-months of being period-free and I started having the same problems from before: leakages, cup falling out, feeling the stem all the time, and general messiness. At some point I started thinking: it cannot be possible that every single time I use it, I insert it wrong!, and started wondering if I had the right cup for me. Hence, I did my research and figured that there was a really high chance I was using the wrong size. I bought the Pixie kit so I could get 2 different cup sizes and started using the small cup. Ever since it's been wonderful! not one leak!!! You cannot imagine the difference it makes for me! after years of having messy periods. I could not be happier! The cup feels very comfortable. The small one can last for the whole day without the need to take it out (depending on how heavy is your flow). I like the pouch it came with so I can keep all my sanitary products there, and also like the soap, which is very gentle. I haven't used the lubricant yet, as the cup goes in pretty smoothly. As for the sterilizing cup, it works great and the cup fits perfectly! (the previous one I bought was also a bit small and the cup didn't quite fit), so I'm very happy with having decided to try another cup...I was on the brink of giving up on it! As a last general recommendation, do make sure you have the right cup size!!! It really makes a difference!

Attention photos pas représentatives du kit : l'applicateur apparaît sur plusieurs photos du kit mais n'en fait pas partie ! Les photos sont mensongères. Déçue en partie de l'achat.

Honestly best purchase of year. I have a lot more freedom. No more finding a specific toilet to change during the day. Or dreading changes. I can actually go out on the first day without worrying about leaking through. If you can use a tampon you can 100% use this. Give it a couple trys beforehand you'll find what works best for you. I thought my flow was heavy as I use to go through 5 to 7 tampons day. The large cup last all day without the need to change. Also costumer service are really helpful!

This starter pack had everything I needed to make the switch from disposables to using a cup. The 2 different sizes were good to try, package came with good instructions.

The kit came with everything listed, including the inserter. It has a good guide on how to use it, and a nice carrier for storage and sterilisation ( there's a guide on how to sterilise it aswell ). It was comfortable and easy to use :)

Going back to using cups ahead of a holiday and wanted to try a different brand as had not had very comfortable experiences in the past. This kit is amazing and incredible value: in addition to a discreet and spacious bag to carry everything it comes with two sizes of cup, little bags for each one, a little pot for sterilising, as well as accessories like a wash, lube, wipes… The cups are really comfortable to wear once you get used to them - much softer than the brand I had previously used. I appreciated the ability to move to a larger size as needed. Most importantly: not a single leak!!
