Q: So it seems like the Collector's edition isn't available... Did it just not go up yet or did Amazon sell out already?

I set up to be notified when available. I just kept checking the page and I preordered on 9/19. I received the notification that it was available 9/22 at 3:07am... Silly Amazon.

I pre-ordered my collectors edition on Feb 15th w/ 2 day prime shipping (release day), and just now got shipment confirmation. Will be here tomorrow (they automatically upgraded it to next-day air).

No, this does not come with the strategy guide.

Q: does this include the dlc the old hunters or do i need to buy it seperately?

the old hunters dlc was never included and you will need to purchase separately.
