HEVEA Natural Rubber Baby Bath Mat

We got this for our shower once our 2-year-old started showering with us and needed a non-slip surface. I specifically chose the square version because the size fits our smaller shower really well while still giving him enough room to stand and move around comfortably. The natural rubber material feels much nicer than typical plastic/PVC bath mats, and I like that it’s free from the strong chemical smell most mats have. It does have a light natural rubber scent at first, but we actually liked it and it wasn’t overpowering. The grip is excellent, it stays in place well, and it’s easy to keep clean. We hang it up between uses and it dries quickly. Overall really happy with the quality and feel of it, especially for a product we use daily with our toddler.

We purchased this mat to avoid plastic. It works great although it would have nice if it were a tad wider. But due to different tub sizes the size is understandable. I have a hernia and was worried about slipping in the shower and now I feel very comfortable because it has good traction. The price is high but it feels of good quality and should last a long time. We've hung it up when not in use and have sent haven't had any issues with mold. Would purchase again.

- This is the best bath mat that you can get and i generally recommend getting one because slipping in the tub is no fun and very dangerous specially if you are an older person. I’ve had this for a few months now and it is great for the following reasons: - It hasn’t gotten moldy a bit either and is made from natural rubber which means that you are not touching and smelling plastic. -I thinks it’s also super easy to clean as well, you just need some soap and water and you are done! - it is not too thick but it’s soft and doesn’t bother my feet at all. - i think it offers a good value, i have seen plastic ones for higher price than this! P.s. It makes an amazing and very thoughtful gift for your parents as well!

I don’t know how long I spent researching and looking for a non toxic bath mat for my kiddos. I don’t even remember how I stumbled upon this Hevea bath mat. All I knew was that I didn’t want any hormone disrupters or any other crazy toxic yuckies in my kiddos bath time. I admit that this mat is small so I bought two and the two fit perfectly in my tub, side by side. It does have a natural rubber smell...think sophie the giraffe but slightly stronger and sweeter smelling. Normally, I can’t stand the smell of chemicals (bleach, vinyl shower curtains, even some perfumes/colognes, detergents, etc) but I actually like the smell of this mat. initially I was worried about the potential latex sensitivity/allergy since this is a natural rubber mat, but my kiddos seem fine *phew*. And the color...the brownish-reddish color, if i was one for aesthetics, i’d be in misery. but i’m not and this mat is functioning exactly the way i wanted. I did notice that Hevea also has a charcoal gray color, so two color options exist. So far, i’m loving this mat. It does what it’s supposed to do and the suction is strong, so I know this mat isn’t sliding anywhere while my babies are walking around in the tub. :)

I guess I missed the dimensions of this because it was definitely smaller than I thought it would be. I also received the wrong color but I didn’t want to go through the effort of returning it over color. I think it’s a bit too pricey for what it is but overall we’ve been satisfied with it. Suction is good and it has served its purpose.

I bought this product end of April because it's suppose to be non-toxic and also for the good reviews. When I received it, it had super strong odor (sweet odor with it too). I let it air out for a week or so. Then I washed it several times with soap and water and let air out. I even let it sit in a tub of water with soap a few times. It still had that strong odor with a vanilla smell to it. We can't even use it because of the strong smell. So very disappointed in the product.

It lasted a few months without getting moldy around the suction cups. I remove it after every bath and hang it to dry and it still has mold spots. We have soaked it and scrubbed it and the mold does not come off.

Exactly what I expected, small bathmat, fits well in our bath where the drain plug is in the middle of the bath.

Es pequeña y tuve que comprar 2 para mi bañera,pero son perfectas para mis bebés y al ser caucho natural estoy tranquila.

Utilisé depuis plus d 1 an et toujours etendu après les bains mais le moisi s est installé (photo 1) et le tapis s est deterioré (photo 2) lorque j ai voulu laver les moisissures. Je regrette d y avoir mis ce prix !
