My job is healthcare and yes I have had patients urinate and defecate diarrhea on my pants, socks and in my shoes. It works on the majority of things but not all. Some things I have to throw away. When they package them on their sides instead of upright, there is always leakage.

Great product!!! I have purchased this numerous times over the years since COVID. Not only does it sanitize but it refreshes fabrics like coming out of the washer/dryer! I use this for everything - clothes, bed sheets, towels, rugs and fabric covered furniture. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase!

Love this stuff. Great way to refresh things like pillows and couches that aren’t easy (or possible) to wash. Smell is strong when it is used but it actually fades quickly so I use it heavy! We go through it quick. With teens in particular, this is a lifesaver. I hate febreeze and cover-up scents but this has made my house smell better because everything IN it is fresh and sanitized.

Works wonderfully at getting set smells out of clothing, especially stubborn underarms for sports clothes that other sprays can’t tackle. Scent is a little strong at first, like strong laundry, but quickly dissipates. Wish it was more readily available.
