Q: What is the weight capacity?

Yes don't waste ur time on this junk, the legs broke on mine within 2 days so I pulled back on the upholstery where the legs go n it only has an inch of some wood which I wouldn't consider it to be wood; So in other words it was made to be broken I have never seen a couch made of such cheap material and cost so much on Amazon n yet u can buy it at home Depot for $238.00,........... So save your money but if u buy it look on the inside and see how cheap the wood is n go ahead n lose ur money on sending it back....sturdy my AZZ,

Q: Do you remove old sofa?

Any junk hauler will remove an old couch.

Q: Is the sofa feel soft or harsh pls?

Not comfortable. Cushion are HARD. The fabric is a soft velvet feel.
