These start out a bit tight at the ends but wear in fairly quickly. I do a lot of carrying on my part time job, and before I started using these I would have a bit of arm and elbow pain. I'm no longer experiencing that, so I would recommend them. I like the fact that they aren't bulky and bunch up.

Definitely run small. I’ve worn several different brands and these are by far the LEAST comfortable . May be a good value for the low price but not for extended wear.
