How do I properly fill the powder container?

Carefully pour formula powder into the powder container. Make sure that the powder is filled between the MIN & MAX lines throughout the entire powder container (not just in the front). Refill when the arms of the stirring wheel become visible.

Do I need to clean the Formula Pro Advanced funnel after every 4th bottle?

Yes, you must clean the funnel after every 4 bottles, or whenever the "Clean Funnel" indicator turns on. Spare funnels are sold separately and help make cleaning easier - search Amazon for "Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced Replacement Funnel & Cover"

Does it work with breast milk?

The Baby Brezza Formula Pro can’t be used for breast milk, only to make formula bottles. Even freeze dried breast milk like milkify, or milk by mom cannot be used on the Formula Pro Advanced.

Can it make multiple bottles at once?

The Formula Pro Advanced is designed to make one bottle at a time. However, it can make one bottle right after another, easily allowing you to make 2 bottles in under one minute.
