Beware of the sizing, this did not fit my device despite looking right
I don't want to blame the seller for this, the cable seems fine, and is of fine quality. However any designer using these obscure versions of USB ports ought to be punished. This cable did not fit on my TMS320 XDS100 JTAG debugger. It looked exactly right in the photos but when it arrived in person, its too small. I have no idea what this USB port is even called.

couldn't be happier, used for my nikon coolpix 2100 & general electric e1255w, worked beautifully & it's quite thick & seems to be of good quality. transfer speed was flawlessly fast & overall amazing.

Great replacement
This worked as expected for my son's camera. He's not very good with cords and breaks them left and right. This cord has held up so far although, it could be a little thicker for durability especially the the ends where they plug in.

The 8-pin side is a little big. It goes in, but doesn't push flush to the end. I haven't tried charging with it yet. Time will tell.
